Service dept.. dude doesn't seem to like his job too much. Don't expect them to go out of there way to help you and way, way over priced. They think too highly of themselves in my opinion.

My experiences at Clay Maxey have been professional, efficient and friendly. I worked with Buzz on purchasing my Trailblazer, it went very smooth and he was patient with me showing all the features on the car. I had my first oil change there last week and super nice people in service shop, and they took me to my office while oil change was getting done. I have already told everyone where I bought my vehicle, and get comments everyday on the color of it. Thanks Kriss Yunker

We bought a truck from there back in 2022 everyone was great, went back considering to buy a new truck and it was a disaster. The guy assisting us was being very pushy, and he went as far as letting me know “I didn’t need that big of a truck” knowing well we use it for work purposes. Not just that but I kept asking him for my keys multiple times bc I didn’t like the way he was trying to make the deal and he wouldn’t give me my key until I finally let him know I wasn’t interested in making a deal with him after making the comment he did. As a costumer I should be able to buy whatever I want to buy without anyone telling me what I need and don’t need.

No pushy salesman, in fact I have known Cy Claypool since he was little. I got very ill for over a year and he waited patiently, calling to check on me. So I wanted to be sure he was my salesman. Very happy with my trailblazer!!!

Very dissatisfied with the service I received or should say didn't receive. Took initially there because they are an ASC warranty service center. Took my vehicle in for an overheating problem and they diagnosed it as a leaking thermostat. $160.00 diagnostic bill so say it was a leaking thermostat and they didn't even check to see why it was leaking. Offered to change the thermostat with labor at a cost of over $700.00. Needless to say, took it to another service center in Mountain Home that also works ASC warranty, they found the thermostat had been tightened so much that the housing was cracked and that is the reason for the leak. They replaced the thermostat correctly and had it covered under the warranty when Clay Maxey simply said it's not covered and I owed $160.00 Will not ever buy or have another vehicle taken there again.

Great service department and friendly staff. I was coming in from out of town and had a delay and they still held my appointment and performed my service task with a smile and 'no problem,' and I know they have a tight schedule to keep.

In my 50 years of bringing cars in for service I pull up to until it's my turn and then the service writer comes over with a clipboard and asks what's desired/needed.At your place service department folk walk past often but nothing happens until I go in and look like I need someone to please help me. I think this makes for a negative aura to start the process.Otherwise it was my best trip to a dealership in over 10 years in all aspects. Your folks were all pleasant, polite and friendly!!!

Best car purchasing experience I've had in my 70 years. The salesman, Mark Cole, took the time to answer all of my many questions with many of those questions being answered with documentation (which I really like). I'm sure the rest of the sales team are also great, but I'm sure glad I had Mark. The part I always hate the most is the final paperwork shuffle and signing, but this process was flawless with Judy Kemp at the helm of the paperwork jungle. If you're looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, give Clay Maxey a look see.

I can't thank George and the crew here enough. My wife and Stepdaughter were driving through from Missouri when they got an alert for low tire pressure. They happened to drive by and stopped in. George had looked, found a nail in the tire, patched it up and had them back on their way in less than 45 minutes. Awesome service!

Paid $20000 for a car AC didn't work 1st day. I drove it off the lot I told them about it. They said bring it in they looked at. It said it was gonna be a $1000 repair and they wouldn't gonna cover it so I would strongly advise not to buy car from clay maxy

Purchased a 2021 jeep online. Supposed to be in like new condition with nice aftermarket accessories and a lift kit.Dealer agreed to deliver. Jeep was dirty and dusty from the delivery. No big deal washed it the next day. Jeep was scratched badley down both sides. Also identifiedno lift kit on the jeep. I agreed to waive the lift kit but they had to resolve paint issues. Dealer took the car. All they did was attempt to buff it. They only made it worse. Ruined the finish and scratched it even deeper. Complete incompetence. Dealer refused to correct the issue said it was my problem since I signed their paperwork. Buyers beware. These guys are a complete scam. Dont buy anything sight unseen and definitely dont sign any of their documents. They hide behind their paperwork.

Not having good luck getting my Cadillac repaired I had 7 days on my bumper to bumper warranty they've forgotten order parts 2 times in the same week. They are More worried about My camera recall over my engine leaking oil. I leave for a 6000 mile road trip in 12 days

My husband and I bought a vehicle from Clay maxey about a week ago. We had prayed on it for a while for us to find a good place well God never fails I truly believe he led us to this place we drove about an hour and a half to get there and we were not disappointed at all. We had the pleasure with working with one of the sweetest and very knowledgeable man named buzz he made shopping so stress free and quick it was such an amazing experience! He was never once pushy and listened to our needs and he definitely delivered I wish all dealerships had a buzz but since they don't I will only shop from here from now on or at least while buzz is there. We ended up getting a brand new chevy Trax with 4 miles on it and it was cheaper than a used car !!! We are so happy with our purchase and our experience with Clay maxey thank you buzz!

For the last few years, we questioned the service level we were being given (especially after Janie retired). But after today, our attitude toward the service department has changed! They really stepped up and showed first class service! We are so impressed with their empathy and appreciate all they did to help us out of a difficult situation!! The folks manning the front desk today were awesome!! Thank you so very much! Keep up the great work!! ???? P.S. The woman that drives the courtesy van is absolutely wonderful!!
