This place is a joke. I bought a car jumper box. Put it in my glove box and haven't needed it in months. Finally I get it out to jump a broke down car and it doesn't work? So I take it back in the box it's brand new and in plastic with directions just like I bought it. The lady in there acted like I was joking when I asked if I could exchange it... Don't buy stuff from this place. Walmart is the way to go or even anywhere that actually backs up their products. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option.
