Our mother was recently placed into hospice. The main lady is terrible. None of the other employees are willing to think for themselves because they obviously are scared of her. They were great for years up until about 7 years ago. A person should not have the day ruined all because they had to go to the bank.

BEWARE!!! Do not do business with OR take out a loan with this bank! Whatever you do, just choose someone else. I just finished paying a $15k car loan off with them, and you do not want to go through what I went through. They will double charge your payments, give their word on an overnight return, then go back on their word because “it costs too much to overnight it”! When I’m having to now pay overdraft fees from the accidental $900+ debit from my account. The girls at the main office are rude, hateful, and will hang up if you call them on their lies. Just please avoid this bank at all costs if you’d like a good, honest experience.

Main branch plays games with masks.. I understand having someone remove their mask to verify their identity but they require them to remove them the entire time you're inside of their facility seems to be asinine.

They have always been exceedingly nice to me. When the weather is bad (snow on the ground or very hot), they often offer to drive me home. They know that I don't drive. Once a couple of the tellers came to my partment to give me a little present on my birthday. Someone above this post had nothing good to say. In response to their sweet attitude toward me I am not demanding when they are obviously short staffed or just busy. This doesn't happen often.

I do not recommend this location. Unpleasant worker ladies who 'guard' the doors and act drunk on power. I do recommend the other, mid-town, location. Short drive, better customer service.

ATM USERS-If you have another bank card. Use a different ATM. The machine will get your card stuck and damage your card while numbers expose.

I find the folks at First Security Bank are very helpful as I use their services as my main banking firm and where my payroll checks are deposited. My bank is in Mountain home, Arkansas, but I live in Barrow Alaska. I have no banking or communication problems caused by the distance.
