My wife really likes going here for some shopping. I've been in here a couple times and it's always been nice and clean and friendly staff. I understand why this place is popular.

Bought a pair of bell bottom jeans yesterday in factory connection, went home and tried them on with an outfit to wear for an upcoming event and realized they were a bit to small on my waist. Today I went in the store to return them and lady that usually works there was extremely disrespectful. She said they were “dirty” even though I had tried them on once, never left the house and maybe had it on 5 minutes. She snapped at me telling me she wasn’t going to return them at all even after I explained to her they haven’t been anywhere else besides my house and they clearly weren’t dirty. Lady was extremely disrespectful, horrible service. She was mad over a pair of 30$ pants, if you can’t get any business that’s not my fault.

1st time here & let me tell you we are plus size girl's, my daughter & I. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, the 2 girl's working there on Sunday were AWESOME & very helpful. The plus size section is small as every other stores but we scored some cute stuff. Definitely will go back.

This place is great! Another excellent addition to Mountain Home to make us feel like we're not in a little town in Northern Arkansas, this place has great name brand clothing for very reasonable prices, and you can get brands ranging from Adidas to American Fighter for about half of what they would run at a anchor store at a large mall (the closest of which is about 2 hours away in Springfield).. between these guys and the other store a few doors down in the same strip mall, your fashion needs in Mountain Home are well-covered. I'll definitely be returning in the future..

Elizabeth has a poor attitude I went their to by some heels and come to find out I grab the wrong box and the straps was to small to even fit around my ankle is so I just decided to return them they were never worn expect to try on and Elizabeth was rude like I didn't have the right to return something that doesn't fit and give me the third degree about why I got them and didn't u try them on I tried on a different pair and they had different shoes set by the shoes I wanted and I grab the wrong one I'm truly upset because I love going there but I don't think I will go anymore
