Customer service in store is always great. Higher-ups place too many restrictions on what customer service reps are able to do, how many phones can be kept in stock, how often they can access their phone safe, etc. Their phone insurers are completely incompetent. Great deals on monthly service plans, though. Decent phone service.

Austin did a great job getting my new phone set up, retrieving everything out of my old, out-dated phone. He was working by himself, never getting flustered, as he helped multiple customers at once!

Outstanding service! It took the folks two days to get us up and running however, it was not for lack of Intellect or dedication ! It was big store bureaucracy that couldn’t be helped but those folks never gave up and it was worth the small amount of trouble as well as wait!!! Thank y’all in the Mountain Home office everyone from the manager to every employee they have at some point was involved in resolving issues and getting us setup as customers!!

These guys are the absolute best! They are extremely helpful and kind. They did everything possible to help get things set up and done as smoothly as possible. They are definitely my go-to cricket store.

My phone was fried over the weekend went in first thing Monday morning and got a new one. Zach was awesome fixed me right up with a new phone and had me out the door pretty quickly. He was a multi tasking guru he happened to be only person in the store and not only got my phone up and running but also able to help other customers who came in. Big shout out to Zach at Mtn Home Cricket

So first I called, asked about the $49.95 Iphone new line deal, was told when you start a new line even tho its when you port over a number from a different company, wasnt told until I was in line for 40 minutes with 4 other people in front of me & several behind.After i was made aware of it, I walked out the door, came back and said "can i just go buy a cheap phone from walmart w/new line and get the deal?"Manager by the name of Zak said " i have a phone in the back specifically for this-go get a sim card kit for $45, itll save you $" So it works? He replied "yup do it all the time"So 20 minutes later $52 spent, I come back, insert sim into his nokia flip phone, spend 1 hour trying to get it activated to no avail. Im frustrated and give up.I walk up to the counter & say so im out this $? What are we going to do about this since you were the one who suggested it?He said " dont play that with me homie" we arent playing this game. Im not going to argue with you, i work for CRICKET not Wal mart, thats your problem.First off, ive done sales for YEARS. Im in a current customer service position and THAT is not how you treat your customers. He basically ripped me off after assuring me it would work.Not only was he rude but he was bragging about starting at as a part time gig, manager now, #2 in sales in the region n yet cant satisfy the $52 he had me incur.I do NOT recommend this particular store. Other customers made comments as I walked out about how not ok that experience was.

Worked with Zack and Connor and was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! The energy was awesome from these two and I appreciate all their help! Give these guys a raise!!!!!
