We were looking for an engagement ring and had been to quite a few stores to get an idea of styles, pricing, etc. I was referred to Carter's Jewel Chest by a friend and gave them a call to see if they had a ring that my fiance liked. They didn't have it, but they were able to custom make one very similar to it. It came out great and I am so glad I made the decision to shop here. Even though I am out of state, and it was my first time buying a ring, Ricky Grove was extremely knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make the whole process extremely pleasant. We received a quality product and my fiance is thrilled.

I was visiting my parents this last week from out of state and I brought some Jewelry that needed repairs. I asked my mom who she trusted and she suggested Carter’s Jewel Chest and to ask for Ricky. Ricky was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. So happy with the results and his attentive customer service. I will be back for sure next time I visit!
