Carl Wayne’s landscape crew just completed a major project at our home. We are so very proud and pleased with the outcome. Robert and his crew are true professionals. Robert has a complete knowledge of their landscape products and an incredible eye for design. He evaluated our drainage problems and developed a plan which included a dry creek drainage ditch and two French drains. These features now look natural to our property and have solved our water problems. Also, we installed decorative rock, gravel, plants and large boulders. Robert worked with us on every selection and decision. His input and detailed eye was professional and invaluable.Once a project starts, YOU are his only customer. He arrives each day with a capable and friendly crew. Our project was in two phases – the first took four days and the recently completed took three.In addition to the work above, Robert has planted a total of 14 trees on our property. This past winter we lost two apple trees due to the harsh winter. Carl Wayne’s stands by their products and the two trees were replaced at no charge. Additionally, each year we consult Penny for advice on plant care, fertilizers and what we might need to defend against the latest insect attack – her knowledge & no nonsense advice is always spot on.When considering your landscape projects – large or small – you should always consult with Carl Wayne’s. A wonderful gem of a nursery in Arkansas. They took great care of my mother and helped her get the perfect flowers to enjoy this Fall. They had exceptional quality inventory; my wife and I highly recommend this beautiful establishment for all of your planting needs year round.

I called them on a fountain they installed over a dozen times spanning two months. The first time they showed up they left, with no reasoning I called them and when I finally got in touch, they said that I needed to fill up the fountain?? Yeah I would have if you'd have asked while I was there it takes less than ten minutes! I got them back out again while it was filled up and someone came and took pictures then never heard from them again. After numerous calls and the fountain filling with algae o drained it and waited and waited. Called several more times and finally got another lady said they would be out asap. No one ever showed up. I finally just went into the office, there was an older gentleman eating a sandwich behind the counter, he asked what I needed. So I explained my situation and frustration with him. He then starts cussing me out saying he's the owner and been in business 42 years! I said that's great and laughed at him! I don't care if you've been in business 2 months or 142 years this is crappy customer service! A nicer lady approached and offered some reasoning, while the man was still cussing up a storm! So I told him to forget about it we will never do business again. Not to mention their prices and customer service really suck anyway. Never will I or my extended family ever step foot in there again!!
