Jaqueline, our sales lady, was extremely friendly and helpful. Talked to us with respect and dignity. Then we were turned over to Joshua, the GM, to finalize the paperwork work. Totally professional, friendly and had the cleanest offices. He had that location looking good, clean, EVERYONE in the building was super friendly. Carmart is not taking advantage of his abilities. He should be going around showing the other managers how to organize and run their locations. We live about a mile away from our towns local location. I can’t stress enough to take the extra time and drive to MtHone to their lot and do business with them. They’re a far better location and you feel happy when you leave and not like you’ve been degraded and talked down to. You had a down payment and then x number of payments all the same. Not this scenario where your first 3 payments are 50% higher then drop to a normal amount, plus them wanting your next 3 years tax returns. You leave feeling like you sold your soul to the devil. So give Joshua or any of his staff a call. You will be glad you did.
Well 3 months later the car was totaled in an accident. I don’t know what to say. It was like I was reliving all over just a different vehicle. Jaqueline was awesome and so was Josh. I just can’t say enough about them.

They were very helpful and able to answer all my questions. When the vehicle I was originally looking at sold. Jaclyn was able to help get me into something that day! Josh was awesome and explained everything efficiently, even though I came in right before they closed. I had a small issue, and Gerald helped me get it fixed right away! Melissa ( i believe that is her name) the receptionist was always so nice when i spoke with her, and even gave my niece and nephew a quarter for the gum machine. Thank you guys very much!

They took care of my vehicle needs, and got me in something quick just like I needed. Jaclin(I probably spelled that wrong, Sorry!) even babysat all of my kids while we went through the buying process! Trudy went above and beyond to get me in something fast!
