The only reason this place could ever get more than a one-star review is because the employees/friends' are making their reviews. They definitely charge Medicaid bulk and then dwell out your supplies at their convenience while using your money to pay themselves off. If you don't at least use Baxter medical care or AeroCare it's probably not even worth going here. They don't even send supplies out you have to go get them everything is a big has because they can't keep up with AeroCare and Baxter. The place has stunk then it does now and the lady is still a rude person. They will be phased out eventually.??P.s edit 10/2 They actually tried to tell me that they were going to call Google to have my review taken down violating my 1st amendment rights and has anyone noticed they haven't put a response on this review? Because I called Medicaid and got reassured that this place wasn't going to last and if I ever hear of that woman talking to my mother like that you will definitely be hearing from my lawyers. Watch who you talk to in business you should ALWAYS BE POLITE.

Brooks Medical went above and beyond what anyone else would do to help me in a major time of need. My grandbaby needed the hoses and mask that would fit her face ( that were lost somewhere at mom's) in order to get her breathing treatments. It was a late Saturday I had called and left messages everywhere I could think to call. Even the hospital wouldn't help! Come Sunday afternoon I got a call that what I needed was waiting for me! They didn't have to help me at all they could of ignored the message like everyone else. But they didn't, they took time from their day off to make sure my baby girl was gonna be able to have her much needed breathing treatments! Thank you so much! Yall rock!!

This is the best medical supply company in Mountain Home. I’ve never had any issues. They have always explained how to do or showed me how to use. The employees are curious and very kind. Thank you so much Brooks!

I have never met a company that not only said they cared but will go above and beyond to help, I was needing some equipment to help my mom and no other company tried to help they just said they couldn’t get it but Brooks found what I needed but had it ordered and ready for my with in the 2 days, great people great company.

I have never experienced someone so rude and condescending as I have on the phone with Brooks Medical yesterday. The first person to answer the phone was a very nice gentlemen and he transferred me to a women (come to find out is the owner) to see if she could help with my question and it went all downhill from there. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place for your medical supplies.

Easy re-cap... tried for convenience. Should have done my research. When I arrived I noticed an aroma. That should have told me to turn around. Staff was rude, and preoccupied with family issues. Not the place for that. Was told the mask I was getting fits my face, (even though I insisted that I need a larger size) now my wife sleeps on the couch because of my snoring. Then I was told to ignore the bills that they will be sending, (something about "policy" while they wait for the insurance to go through). Now I have received a bill from a collection agency informing me that my debt has been sent to them from Brooks. When I called the collection agency to discuss the problem, I was told that Brooks never even filed my claim with my insurance, which would have easily paid. And for the proverbial "icing on the cake", when I called Brooks to complain, I was told that the owner/financing official is out of the office for the next few days. Bottom line, do your research, and don't do business with Brooks.

Unprofessional & insensitive. When confronted about it they straight up lied!! Life is too short to waste your time with this company! I am actually looking into taking legal action!

They drove 2 hours & physically removed my father aggressively from his wheelchair & left him in a broken one, that doesnt lock with dried vomit. Never contacted myself or the staff there. Just went in like they knew him & did that. TERRIBLE COMPANY I'm contacting the hospital next since they are the ones who they sent the referral to.

While going through such a traumatizing time because my dad had to go onto a home where he's spending his final days, I had sent him with his wheelchair so he has his own to use. I received a call telling me I needed to return the chair or pay in full immediately. I told them I'll return the chair when I can get another from salvation army or when my dad is done with it. I was then told that it is now theft of property!! They actually want to tarnish my dying fathers name when he has nothing on his record! I simple hung up \u0026 look forward to taking this to court. The lady that does the billing is so rude \u0026 insensitive since the very 1st time I ever went in there. Wish I had changed to Delta then. I have never had an experience like this from any other medical supply before.

No other customers in store. Sales woman uninterested in selling a wheelchair to us. Unhelpful when asked chair dimensions (weight, seat height and width of seat). Seemed as if we were intruding on her time at WORK. Used to be a good company to work with before…..

Great selection. The personnel are very superior.. I used to use Lincare but they are not as good as they used to be. I checked around other supply stores and this is definitely the best.
