Honest and fair? This is my story: My brothers car was towed and sold I understand that. The cost to get the car was more than it's worth. By the time I found out about it ALL I wanted to know was what happens to the personal items left in the car ie: wallet and house keys and that was all. I get this lady on the phone that said personal items was sold with the car, than transfers me to this guy who started talking out in left field without knowing the nature of my call. I tried to explain all I wanted was to know about my brothers wallet and house keys left in the towed car. I didn't care about the car being sold or the condition of the car. Simple question, where is the wallet and keys? This guy starts yelling and hangs up. So my guess is he kept the wallet and all the locks are being changed on the house ASAP! He didn't understand that adults should know how to talk and converse without yelling, I am a woman not his door mat!!!!! I don't know him, he doesn't know me. A simple honest answer in a normal voice was expected from a business that deals with the public.
