I was at first very confused and concerned going into the store because of reasons I had gained earlier in the day. As time went working with Mr. Wade, he and the manager Mr. Greg were able to help figure the problem and then did everything they could to solve it. They were very patient and kind and my perspective was changed before I left. Even when I discovered an issue with my purchase, they quickly resolved it with the same kindness and consideration. They both did such a wonderful job making sure I left with answers and satisfaction.

I wanted to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15 pro max, I also pay for an early upgrade access. So I called ahead of time asking if they had it in stock in the store. They told me yes they did. So I drove to the store on my work break to upgrade. One of the guys working asked me what he could do for me and I told him I wanted to trade in my old phone and upgrade. He immediately said I can’t if my phone isn’t paid off. I told him I pay for early upgrade access. Then he continued to stuff up. And then told me they do not have the phone in the store. I told I called ahead of time and checked and was told it was and I checked online. He said they don’t have it. But I can get it shipped to my house on Monday. I told him that’s fine and went to my car. I canceled the order because I just felt like I was being lied too and went online and ordered it for pick up at the same store because it was telling me they had it in stock. But I know some stores do that but they don’t have it in stock actually. So just to see I ordered it and then an hour later it says my phone is ready to be picked up at the same store I was told did NOT have it.

?????????????I’ll send the email you request and I will give an update to this review if you guys solved the problem.?????????????We were lied to and no longer trust AT&T.??Do not trust in this people ? Sierra, she lied to us and the store manager said didn’t honor what Sierra offered to us?They lied and they never honored their promised unless you have everything on paper !!! Buyers beware ??We changed our carrier to AT&T in October 2023.Sierra, promised we going to have $700 in credit for changing our services from Verizon and it could be apply to our bills or new phone. We said “apply to our bills”.We live 40 minutes from Mountain Home, every month we drove to the store to resolve billing issues. They over charge our bill charge and NEVER apply the credit they offered.Today (2/2/24) beside drive to the store in Mountain Home we decided call customer service. It was a waste of time ? After two hours on the phone with customer service and the store manager… they asked if we have a proof on paper of what Sierra offered then The store manager said did not recognize this offer and customer service said, we were “misinformed” by SierraWe were tired to be on the phone and expressed our intention to change to another carrier, so the person on the phone quickly send us the PIN “we requested” … wow! During 4 months and the two hours we spent on the phone today, trying to make this work and the customer service beside help us was fast to send the PIN so we can change to another companyI can see they not care about keep customerJust think in 4 months you drove off a customer all because we were lied too!I would give a negative score if I could.Buyers beware ?

This was a great experience. Wade and Greg are great to work with and my line is set up and has the best connection versus other providers in town.

It would be a no star but won't let me do that.Terrible experience with this store. Have had our phones since June and bill had been messed up every month on the things they say will be no charge or credited. Was give $250 in accessories on each line only to be paying installments on them. Ridiculous. Sierra gave me her personal number to help me out after we moved and didn't do anything she said she was and stopped answering. TERRIBLE ATT EXPERIENCE. WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK TO US CELLULAR BUT NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH ALL THESE INSTALLMENTS!!!!!

Early this year we moved to Mountain Home Arkansas for the summer. Unfortunately our cell phone service did not work there. My wife and myself each got a new phone and a portable hotspot. Big deals supposedly were going on. Two phones and hotspot unlimited service was told going to be $140 a month. We signed up. It's been a nightmare ever since. Every bill that has come has been at least three times the amount. We Go to the store, supposedly they give us credits as we're sitting there but nothing shows up on our bill. Every month my wife has spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get it to what it's supposed to be. We have always paid our phone bills on time. We are owed for credits not being applied to our account like they say. The end of the summer came and we moved to Florida. "Sierra" The manager gives us her personal number and says since she knows of the problems we have had she will take care of any problems we have after leaving the area. Called her and text her and nothing. (Numerous times) No response. Call the store and we cannot get in touch with her and nobody else seems to know what's going on. They are unable to help. Since May of 23 when we got the service we have spent approximately 20 hours on the phone trying to get our bill straight every month as it just keeps compiling . As of today we just got our service cut off for being late while waiting for credits to be applied. We were told at Thanksgiving that her boss would be adjusting the credits. It is now December 20th and still no credits are applied to our account. Just paid $313.29 to get our phones turned back on when they owe us approximately $304. It is sickening. We are at our wits end with this company. Unfortunately we are under contract with our phones. Don't know what to do at this point as we are very dissatisfied. Any actual HELP would be great ??????????Update××××× Not Good.I left a review over 2 weeks ago.The 'Owner' responded from AT&t and commented on it the next day. I sent my account information to where it said to reply to Prime communication. Prime sent me a confirmation email basically saying we will check it out.Over two weeks later, Guess what No response still. I don't get it. Now I have another bill not even close to being what it's supposed to be again. VERY DISSATISFIED . You have my number. Call me direct #it's ok to help me and not leave me hanging #PLEASEHELP

I have never had someone treat me the way that the employee treated me. We began our service earlier this year. Since then we have had poor and deceptive service. My reason for going with ATT was to have local customer service. I have been using another minutes based service. Since that time we have been treated poorly by disrespectful salesmen. Last night we went to the store and needed to do an insurance claim. I was told that we could not do that with them even though I have do so in the past. One of the salesman was sitting at a table messing with his phone and would not get up and discuss it with me appropriately. He became loud and belligerent. As the discussion continued he jumped up at though he was going to attack me yelling for me to leave. My response to that was also making my point. He would not listen to me "through me out" of the store. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This store is unprofessional. I did leave an go buy a cheap phone like they told me to do. When my contract is up, they will not have my business.

I had a difficult problem moving my number from my old damaged screen phone to my new bring-your-own phone. AT&T staff had no difficulty in quickly resolving the problem. I was on my way in around ten minutes.

Was trying to add my mom to my phone plan and this store is a hour drive from our home. We went by the store around 2:50 on Sunday afternoon and there was a sign on the door stating they were away for lunch. We went to the gas station and drove around before coming back maybe 20 minutes later. The out to lunch sign was still on the door. We parked in front of the store and maybe 5 minutes later an associate, I believe Dylan, came to the door and stated he was on lunch until probably 4:30. It was 3:15 at this time and the sign had been in the door before 3:00 O’Clock. When I questioned about him being on lunch until 4:30 he stated “Am I not entitled to a lunch”. This gentleman was extremely unprofessional and if your hours are 11:00 - 6:00 I don’t believe you should be closed for lunch break for over a hour and a half.

Sierra was amazing! I look for people like her in businesses these days and rarely find them. She was helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. She multitasked and took care of us in a personable way, while maintaining focus on events going on with her team around her. We never felt rushed and she set us up with a new phone for our daughter and 2 Apple Watches! She needs a raise in pay!

An absolute ripoff. I told them I quit them and they kept charging me. Then send me bills and call me to collect for bills when I told them I quit them already. Terrible
