A big shout out to Bryan. He called me to ask some questions and update some info, and am I glad he did! After answering just a few questions he was able to save me around 30 dollars on my auto insurance. Super friendly guy, talked to me like a person not just a customer. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment at the end of lunch hour one of our staff was out for lunch another one was off for some reason I forget what and Ashley Havens came out and said she was with a client she would be with me shortly offered coffee soda or water and attic precisely my appointment time she was ready for me. A nice waiting area very neat with the interesting magazines

After contacting four different insurance agency's in the area, we decided to go with Ashley Havens. They were not the least expensive, but you know the saying about "You get what you pay for", that is the case here. It is because of our agent Bryan Roberts friendliness, knowledge, and communication that gave us that warm fuzzy feeling that this is where we needed to be. I encourage you to make the call or stop in at their beautiful office in Mountain Home and ask for Bryan.

When we moved to Arkansas we needed to find a new State Farm agent. We found Ashley Haven's office and I can't say enough good things about them! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful and nice! Ashley also took the time to sit down with us and review all of our coverages to make sure we understood them and to be sure it was still what we needed. We wanted life insurance and she walked us through all the options so we could choose what was right for us. Any question or request we have, they just make it quick and easy! Just today Vivian, once again, made adding a new policy a breeze!

Kiersten Strain is hands down the BEST STATE FARM REP EVER! She was able to save me so much money on my car insurance and she did it all with a big smile on her face! She's efficient, knowledgeable, and just an all-around amazing person to work with. If you need help setting up your insurance or anything else related to state farm, Kiersten is definitely the one to call. Thank you Kiersten for being such an awesome rep and saving me so much money! 10/10 highly recommend!!

My sister in law was sick with cancer, we made her Nov payment for with her bank card via phone. Sat she passed away, Thurs we check with Havens office yesterday and told the policy ended due 2 non payments, no idea why payment didnt go thru, they said but were in still in grace period to reinstate which I wanted to do as we cant change title and insure ourselves until we have a death certificate which could take weeks. Today Havens office would not help us and reinstate the policy with po payment for the next 3o days., Any person that dies the policy stays in effect until a death certificate is filed and the family can make arrangements, they wouldn't have even known she passed away last Sat if I hadnt told them. But now she is gone and all her years of being a customer dont matter to Ashley Havens. Disgusting customer service. I guess if something happens to car that will just be money out of her small estate left to her blind mentally handicapped sons. Hope you feel great about yourself Ashley, not sure how you sleep at night.
