I recently got a membership here. It’s been great so far. Very simple to get set up. Elisa is wonderful. She’s a great manager and answered all the questions I had and didn’t rush through anything. It’s always so clean and has so many different options for fitness. I’m very satisfied with my decision to join.

I just started going to this gym and I love it! They have great equipment, it's clean, everyone's friendly, and it smells good(which is hard to do for most gyms). I love that they offer free tanning, wifi and bi weekly scan ins. My favorite gym so far!

To piggyback off of another recent review of having problems with customer service regarding membership cancellation. Completed my membership contract and called and left two voicemails the day off contract ending to ensure I’d have time to cancel my voicemails were specific of wanting to cancel membership and asking for a callback to find out what was needed to complete this. No return call to me. Fast forward to today- called and was able to get employee on the line. Was told that I have to come in and it takes 30 days to process the cancellation!!! Excuses if they were busy and are working overtime and were too busy to call me back! WOW!!!! Wouldn’t give contact info of anyone that would be able to resolve this TODAY!

I just got a gym membership here & my experience has been great so far. Everything has been a breeze. The environment is super clean. There are lots of machines & equipment (including a stairmaster!!) ? The management is amazing as well; Elise is the kindest and so knowledgeable. I’d recommend :)

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I am at a complete loss. I've tried to reach through calling to talk to anyone about my memebership.I moved states (no longer in Arkansas) and have not been able to cancel my memebership for close to 2 years. I've talked to a previous manager here and they told me they shut off Auto-renewal, but the time has passed and I'm still getting charged! Same with customer service.I plan to call this establishment Monday again.If this can get fixed or I can get in contact with a manager, I would happily change my review.

After meeting the new manager,I fell in love with the fitness program again!She's very courteous, considerate,and has answered my many questions. I'm very happy with her. I have been going to Anytime Fitness for many years now and had never seen anyone using a mop. I was there for 2 hours this afternoon, and during the entire time the new manager, Elisa, was busy cleaning and mopping. She is quite a breath of fresh air, and she wants to create the best gym experience in all of Mountain Home. I believe she will succeed doing it!

Got a membership after graduating high school. Decent gym with a couple regulars to chat with. However, I moved to Fayetteville for college in the Fall of 2022. My contract went up, and they did not notify me whatsoever. They continued pulling from my account without so much as an email or text message. When I finally noticed it on my account summary and called them, they gave me a huge run around. Saying I could not cancel over the phone, even with all my account information on hand, and that I would have to show up at the Mountain Home Anytime Fitness during staffed hours in order to cancel. How am I supposed to do that working full-time during the summer or going to school during the fall? They aren’t staffed on the weekends, so even when I was visiting family it would be impossible. They proceeded to ghost/quiet-blacklist my number. Haven’t been able to get ahold of them since the first call a couple months ago. No sense of ethics or responsibility towards their members. I could not continue to afford the cost while attending college and living on my own. Absolutely ridiculous, and I am thoroughly fed up with this gym. The only way to cancel your membership is to call your bank and place a stop payment on them. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
