I am writing to say how extremely pleased my husband and I are to have Dr. Rosie Stoltzer at the Lakeside Clinic. She and her “crew” have been wonderful with the care of our dog Quincy (white 11 year old boxer) who recently had an ulcerated cornea. Dr. Rosie gave us the confidence we needed to continue the 3 week journey under her care and avoid a long expensive trip to see an ophthalmologist. (The cone came off today and the ulcer is totally healed after surgery to remove the outer layer of the cornea and then debreeding) And, previous to this she persevered relentlessly to find a medication that would relieve his chronic inner ear issue which has bothered him for years. She gave us all the scenarios because of the mass she revealed while he was under anesthesia which included a trip to a specialist in Missouri as a last resort. We avoided that expensive endeavor and he is now taking a medication which is shrinking the mass. Her upbeat nature and detailed explanations helped us to make the decisions we needed to make along the way of both these situations. The techs and office personnel make us feel like family as it takes “a village” when it comes to pet care. This is our second white boxer and as my son says, “There’s no such thing as a free dog” but with care like this right in our neighborhood I have the feeling there will be another one in our future. Thank you for finding this talented doctor and for the Lakeside Clinic.

Recently saw Dr. Roux, she was wonderful. The 2/5 stars aren’t for her, they are for the Receptionist manager ‘Mary’. I’m a 22 year old receptionist who explains bills to irate patients 24/7, I’m not ignorant. I had an “outstanding bill” I was just made aware of. I got no notices of this. They have my number, email and address on file, and not to mention I was in there multiple times before this visit, so why not mention it to me then? Bill was racked up to $200, plus the visit I was there for was now $500. I was on the verge of tears at this appointment, thinking we might have to put my cat down and Mary walks into the room and treated me like I was a criminal for not paying a bill I didn’t know I had. I would like to mention this bill was set to autopay, which was what I signed up for. When the last part of the payment didn’t go though, the $200 , I guess Mary decided she would rather wait until my bill racked up to $500 until she wanted to interrogate me in a room when I was already about to cry.

PET OWNERS BEWARE. I took my dog Jack in for a dental procedure at 8 am this morning. I was told i would receive a phone call following the procedure. At 1:30 i still havent received a call so i called and was told the tech was doing paperwork and i should receive a call soon. At 3:30 i still havent received a call and went to pick him up. When i was at the front desk there were 4 girls sitting up front. I indicated i was there to pick up jack and i never received a call. One girl said yes a voice mail was lleft i said NO it wasnt i can get my phone to prove i DID NOT receive a call. The girl left to get the tech who said she called i said NO you DID NOT i have my pbone. While i waited for Jack to be brought out front another pet owner said the same thing happened to her in the past. So apparently this has happened before. Then an over weight girl with long blonde hair very rude and unprofessiional made a commnent we will check you out. NOT once was there ever an apology for the NO CALL. If i was told they got busy i would have understood. But to be lied to to my face is unacceptable. If the front end staff lies about a simple phone call what else are they lying about. I was handed papers and when asked what home care he needed i was told its on there. NEVER an explanation. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. FRONT END STAFF. I was warned about this but ithought i would give All Creatures a try. There will NOT be a NEXT time. Jack is our family and deserves the best possible care.

Dr. Williams and staff were absolutely amazing and kind! They saved our kitty, Magnum, by giving him a blood transfusion after he become deathly ill from Bobcat Fever. Now Magnum enjoys playing with his brother and spending time cuddled in bed.

Got us in within 24 hours to be treated. Establishing new care when you move can be tough but they made it so easy. Super friendly, our dog was not nervous at all. Everyone was really great.

What kind of facility gives you an appointment for X-rays then after you drive an hour and a half, they tell you it's to late in the day to do x-rays? This was 3 pm. Then still charged me for a visit. Never seen them even put their hands on my animal. I do not recommend this veterinary office. My experience was so awful and my poor animal was left with no answers. Meds with no directions, have nothing good to say about Dr. Roux from Louisiana but apparently couldn't make it into LSU. Sounds like she went to school at the acme vet school. I never was so upset and disappointed. I consider that lazy. No concern for my animal or my time. These folks lied and put down my reason for visit was diet what does that have to do with x ray? Pls don't take your animal here. They don't care if you have a disability either. I have asked repeatedly to speak to owner but....no response.

Everyone was so great helpful and very nice. My three boys went in for their shots, check up and my two dogs for grooming and they all did wonderfully. Dr. Katie Williams is very gentle and loving with them and the girls at grooming did an amazing job. My boys look even more handsome.

We want to say thank you to the compassionate, amazing, absoute miracle workers who saved our Delilah yesterday. She was on death's doorstep. We brought her in with a massive spleen tumor that had ruptured and she was bleeding out internally. They allowed us to pay a third of the bill, upfront, and they immediately started surgery. Dr Connor called to update us as soon as she was stable and resting. They literally saved her life. They were honest about her chances and worked with us financially. We can never say enough good things about this place. Dr Williams, the one that broke the news to us, deserves a medal. She gave us straightforward information and was non-judgmental when we started to ugly cry. They're our heroes.

I am so upset at the staff at this clinic..I do not know names but here is my story. My 12 yr old chihuahua that had been my constant companion for nearly 11 yrs seemed like she was dieing. She had been like this for about 24 hours and my regular vet could not get us in...thats another review. So i called this vet. They said they could fit us in and they did see us moments after we hurried there. They said they wanted to examine Dogi and would return her to me quite shortly. I was extremely distraught, crying..so upset. The doctor came in just a moment and said that Dogi wasn't doing well and they were putting an IV catheter in her..I begged to go be with her..they refused..i heard my Dogi screaming for the next 7 to 8 minutes..i was knocking on the door..calling out to them to bring me to Dogi..again they refused..when she finally was given to me you ciuld see that they had tried and failed on one leg and finally succeeded on another leg. I tried to comfort my girl, but she was in pain from them. Then they administered the pain killer...i was now able to hold Dogi.. Then they administered the drug that would put my friemd to sleep forever..i should add that discussion was had in which this was the course of action agreed on by all. Within 2 minutes of her return to me, my Dogi was dead. The trauma of the past 10 minutes one of the last things she remembered. I should not have been separated from her..she needed me and i needed her and the staff there was so lacking compassion. The doctor was slightly better, but I would not recommend anybody who cares about their pet to go to this clinic.

Amazing emergency service. The woman who was on call, Angie, was one of the most friendly and helpful individuals I've ever had the pleasure to be on the phone with. Even if I couldn't save my baby, the grace and composure of this woman brought me serenity in a dark hour. God bless this hospital, and all who work here.

I was introduced to All Creatures when my dog Roxy needed emergency care on a Sunday. Their team was responsive and diligent through the entire process. I am so grateful for the level of care Roxy received while she was there. Sadly, it was time for my baby to cross her rainbow bridge, but the team at All Creatures dedicated their time and resources to take care of her, and they gave it everything they had to find a better outcome. Their team worked diligently, and it’s comforting to know my baby girl was in very good hands during her final moments.

Took my 2 girls in yesterday to be spayed on a voucher program. All the girls who work there are so kind and work so hard. I would take my dogs there all the time but they are too expensive for me. I go to a vet in west plains who is much cheaper. Excellent care but a bit pricey to be called affordable vet care.
