After a bit of difficulty with scheduling, Joe tinted seven windows in our home with three being quite large. He is highly conscientious, was considerate in clean-up, and did a beautiful job with the tinting. We are pleased with the work, and especially commend Joe.

I just wanna say that it really sucks that you are not open on Saturday's. I work out of town and never get a chance to shop for any car audio cause your the only place I know of locally. Just spent 4k on a system elsewhere because of it. I wonder who else has to do this and how much business your losing. I still like my window tint from 2 years ago... the last time I seen you open!

Went to get a stereo and speakers installed. Came out without things working (hvac, mirror control) that were working when I went in. Door panels were not replaced properly, and passenger door window control mount was not reaffixed. Just laid there and ignored. Found out later they broke the clip. Radio unit was not sealed into the dash properly, and was broken at the mount. Scratched the cover panel. Within a year, every speaker they put in failed due to shoddy wiring. Very disappointing, given the price I paid. Won't go back for any reason. Recommend you go elsewhere.

They originally did my New Toyota Camry and got it done fast and did a good job, but I recently went back to do another vehicle that I just purchased and they got the wrong tint percentage and apologized even though they called twice to ask what percentage I wanted. I appreciated that they fixed the pricing but it still wasn't what I asked for. Later while driving I noticed a cut from the razor blade on the front windshield that they use to cut in the film I called them the next day (today) and told them that the front windshield is too dark (almost unsafe to drive at night) and the gentleman said "I did 40% on the windshield" so I asked because the receipt says 15% all around he said "it's 40% I installed it" and hung up. So I wasn't even able to mention about the cut in the film. I understand that they are busy and it maybe a silly accident but if i'm paying almost 400 dollars (originally charged me $500) for a installation I at least expect to have it done right and if a mistake is made to have it corrected. I hate to write a bad review but if you cant correct your mistake fully or be professional about your mistake, others deserve to know.

Came in seeing if I could order a wiring harness for the radio of a car that I had just recently bought. Told me that it would cost me $160 or $180 I can’t remember. Anyway, looked up the part number right afterwards, turns out I can buy the same thing a hundred dollars cheaper ($70-80) online. And I don’t mean a used kit from ebay or anything like that. I mean a brand new one from big name sellers like crutchfield and amazon. If you want to order a part, don’t do it through acumen audio.

Got my widows tinted here customer service could be a little better and it's been 3 weeks and still have a few bubbles in tint they are on the corners so it's not as big of a deal waited the full 5 days as requested and not cleaning them as well
