Recently moved to the area and thought our alternator was going out based on a scan from autozone. Called around and 62 East had the best price for a replacement, finally made it to the shop to find out luckily that wasn’t even needed! Jason told us the part that seemed to be the problem, and lead us in the right direction to find a replacement and save ourselves some labor costs as well. Such a great experience with the diagnostic and help from them and will definitely be back when needed again!

Had a radiator and power steering hoses replaced on my truck. The mechanic also found a defective serpentine belt and replaced it while the fan shroud was off. Good work and reasonable rates. I will be using this shop again and can recommend it.

I recently moved to the area, and it seems like I can sneeze and something breaks on my new-to-me house, office or vehicle. It is beyond frustrating, and I knew no one to call for repairs. Then, a Good Samaritan named Jason from 62 East Auto Repair went out of his way to fix my Jeep, and showed kindness AND capability beyond my expectations. My heart grew 3 sizes, and I am ever so grateful. Will definitely use him again when next I sneeze!

I just wanted to take a minute to explain how much I appreciate this business. I called and I believe it was the owner that listened to me and was kind enough to tell me what he thought was wrong. Since we were on a tight schedule he recommended other auto repair businesses in the area to fix it and he was 100% correct in what he said was wrong with it. We will be taking our vehicles to 62 East Auto Repair Center in the future.

Jason is honest, fair, and thorough. I went in to get my exhaust looked at. He diagnosed it quickly and got an appointment. There was an issue with my exhaust manifold and while he was getting that taken care of he called and let me know there was an issue with my sparkplug wires. He got that taken care of too. I don't know of many shops that take the time to explain and communicate with customers. I absolutely recommend this shop!
