Friendly staff just wish they would open on Saturday and would have more tellers. Cause the few that now have seem to be overwhelmed.

Gotta say, I had some issues when I very first opened my account here. Lauren and Torah dedicated a combined many hours of their time to make sure I had access to my account and was fully satisfied. Tellers aren’t the friendliest. There aren’t many US Banks outside of AR, so if you travel quite a bit I would recommend using a different bank.
