Went here to get a door replaced and they did an excellent job! They were able to have it done in one day, didn't charge a ridiculous price for labor and they also detailed my car.
Changed my review because I just noticed that some things are missing from my car and Kochs is the only place my car has been unsupervised. Make sure to fully empty your car before taking it here.

Went here to get a door replaced and they did an excellent job! They were able to have it done in one day, didn't charge a ridiculous price for labor and they also detailed my car. Hopefully I won't have to return to a shop but if I do, it'll be Kochs. Great service and great staff.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received. My car was a total loss. I went in to get my stuff out of my car and when they found out they wouldn't be doing a repair on it their attitudes changed. My battery was completely dead so they went in to find the keys. After waiting around 10 minutes I had to go back in and find the guy who was sitting at his desk. He was supposed to be finding my keys. A younger guy went and found my keys. Then a guy (I think it was the owner) was coming out of the front of the building and he said "are we fixing it?" I told him they totalled the car. He said 'ain't now way. Then tell them to come and get it." He then walked away. I will never use this company to repair or tow my vehicle again. There were some nice people but the 2 guys ruined my experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding and very friendly service from the moment we arrived at Koch's. My car was damaged due to an encounter with a deer so needed evaluation for road worthiness before heading back to Kansas. The very nice lady in the office immediately called on Matt to assist and he did a fantastic job securing the front fender with zip-ties. If Morrilton were my home I would most definitely do business with Koch's. Matt is a super young man offering efficient service with a great smile!

These people towed my car from Perry County to morrlton and I called them less than 30 minutes after they towed it and they are charging me $225 to get it out. The last time my vehicle got towed in Faulkner County it only cost $75 to get it the same day... this is outrageous. Was anyone else charged this much? Cause I feel like I'm being overcharged. I've heard that they are good about working with you but the guy I spoke with was kinda short with me and a lil rude....maybe he was having a bad day?!? Kinda bad for business....

Fast, friendly service. Called from 58 miles from home for a tow. They showed up within an hour and a half from so far away.

My partner and I are new to RVing, and got our 30,000 lb truck+fifth wheel stuck in mud in the middle of a field due to some poor navigation directions from our Garmin device. We waited 4 hours for AAA to tell us they couldn’t find anyone to come help us that evening, so we took matters into our own hands. We talked to two other local wrecker services who turned us down before we got connected to Koch’s. He made it clear that he wasn’t sure he would be able to help, but he agreed to come out anyway, at 9pm on the Friday after Thanksgiving, to analyze the situation. It was a struggle for him to find us but he kept trying, and when he finally found us around 10pm, he got us out with no issues. We are so grateful for Koch’s gracious and patient assistance!
