“After I broke a piece of tempered glass cleaning the refrigerator, we headed to Ace to get some plywood to make a replacement until we could order the glass one. At checkout, the clerk recommended plexiglass instead. They could cut it for me and it is much cheaper than an entire sheet of plywood. The employee at the back was very cheerful to go upstairs in the heat to cut it for us. He even came back down with a sample so that we could be sure it was thick enough. Everyone went above and beyond with service! We love our local hardware store!!!”
