“I came to this store to start new service after metro kept screwing me around, safe to say i was blown away by the stellar service i was provided. The clerk was nice and professional, i brought two phones from metro id planned on using. The cost was more than i was told the cost wasnt immediately clear however, after id paid for the service activation it was discovered the phones i brought were locked and unable to be used anwhere else which was upsetting and potentially very expensive for me but the owner swooped in and without skipping a beat handed me two lg phones for free since they hadnt noticed the phones werent able to be used until after the transaction was concluded. Even though i spent 170 it was such a blessing to not also have to buy two new phones as i didn't plan for that at all. Ill be returning to purchase another phone for my teenager in a few weeks and would recommend this location to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure i walked out satisfied.”
