My Stihl powerhead needed service and the Stihl dealer in Fayetteville, AR had a five ( 5 ) week backup. I dropped the unit off here on Friday afternoon and the repairs were promptly completed by early Monday afternoon. Very personal and professional service from all the staff.

The hardware store is second to none.The service department of the small engine department, not so much.Dropped a saw chain off on a Thursday. They advertise "sharpening on Fridays".Two weeks later, still have not touched my chain.Service like that is advertising for the competition.Do better.

The best at Ace hardware. And I only live around the corner, and down the road. But hey they have a big selection for being no bigger than they are. If they don't have it they can help you find it. Good focks to work with you and do the best to make it right.

Excellent hardware store of a dying breed...they still have lots of hard to find odds and ends for random home repairs and a very knowledgeable staff. I go here before the big Blue or Orange home hardware/building stores.

After I broke a piece of tempered glass cleaning the refrigerator, we headed to Ace to get some plywood to make a replacement until we could order the glass one. At checkout, the clerk recommended plexiglass instead. They could cut it for me and it is much cheaper than an entire sheet of plywood. The employee at the back was very cheerful to go upstairs in the heat to cut it for us. He even came back down with a sample so that we could be sure it was thick enough. Everyone went above and beyond with service! We love our local hardware store!!!

Order lumber 3 times for past three weeks. Everytime I call to see if it show up yet. They can't find the order. This place is a joke.

Very hometown friendly and lives up to "the helpful place". Associates aren't just friendly, they are knowledgeable and skilled. You can also find your lumber needs at the Morrilton location where they have a complete lumber yard servicing individual and contractor needs.
