“The store is very clean and neat. I ordered an item online and they called me to tell me it had arrived. It sounds like a small thing but I was stunned at that tiny act. I don't know about you but almost every business seems lazy, rude and Incompetent. They were nice , quick, and even put my item on a cart. I didn't need the cart but it was nice to offer. I didn't get a notice that my item was ready for pickup in my app till I literally picked it up but like I said they called me on the phone so it did the job. I'll use the ace online at the monticello store again.”
