They fixed the transmission on my wife's Tahoe. Once parts were ordered they worked fairly quickly to get the job done. The reason for my low rating is that they failed to mention to me or my wife that a brake line started leaking while on their rack. They parked her SUV with the brake pedal on the floor and said "you're good to go." Not one mention of the brake issue until I called back and said hey did yall not notice the brake pedal go to the floor? They said they noticed the fluid leaking on their floor but didn't think to say anything to us. Will not go back there**when the owner called me about my review I told him the vehicle had HAD a brake issue in the past but that just prior to the transfer case motor going out we'd had the brake lines fixed and the brakes were not leaking when the Tahoe was put on the tow truck to the shop. I tried to explain to him that it just would have been nice had someone mentioned to us that it had started leaking so we would have known. We would have paid for them to have fixed it so in the end they lost more revenue for their business.
