The bank is wonderful, but do yourself a favor and press 1 the moment the phone answers for this bank or any Arvest Bank in general. Anything else and you'll be down a rabbit hole of automated calls that will eventually hang up on you and it's very disappointing to see Arvest make such a poor automated system.
