“Fast, reliable, friendly service. They send text when time for meds to be filled. They call n notify your doctor when you need to renew a prescription for refills. They notify you when meds are ready for pick up. The only downside is that they don't notify you or your doctor that your insurance won't cover certain new meds that have been prescribed to you. They wait till you come pick the meds up to tell you about it. Usually by then the doctor office/clinic has closed & I live 40 miles away. Can't afford to drive to pharmacy every day just to get there & no meds ready for pickup & too late for you to contact Dr. Office personnel about prescription, therefore its another waste of time, gas & another day without your meds to help you recover for whatever ails you or it may be a med you need before certain screenings & test you will be having.”
