The team at this store is super helpful. I was there recently to replace a small battery. They looked it up and it wasn't in stock at that store, so they found one at another O'Reilly's in Conway.

Well I was going to purchase some block sealer that I saw on U-tube.WOW I can't even remember what brand, Blue Devil I think, if such a brand even exist lol...I was pleased with my visit, the parts staff seemed very knowledgeable, and that was surprising since computers & just pictures of the parts u desire have almost taken over, b4 computers came the counter help and part's staff had to actually know something about trucks and or cars‼️

The guys tried their best to help me. My issue is 25 years of buying parts not once have I received their "rewards" points they claim. And the quality of parts has finished to the point I have to order 2 or 3 of the parts I need to hopefully get I that works. Maybe but sometimes it's three or four before the right one comes. Very disappointed In myself for foolish loyalty to the chain.And I will be advertising the ad match online pricing with parts geek and rock auto.
