They will never have an account or business from me. I went there to buy a roll of quarters and was told curtly that they would only sell me a roll of quarters this one time because I don't have an account there. I am a member of this community. If that's what they think about fellow members of the community, screw them. They're supposed to be a bank! Where else do you buy or exchange money but a bank?

Been with them 15 yr. Was happy til Tina left and they hired rude nasty ppl who told u something different w every question. I'm done and plan to close out both of my accounts.

The woman who assisted me at the window tonight was very friendly and so considerate. She even broke my bills perfectly without me even asking. Best bank experience ever! I was thinking about leaving centennial bank because of the service at the Maumelle Location but this branch has definitely got it right.

The greatest upper management, yes folks they have lost their stars with me. Too many mistakes made by employees when it comes to putting hard earned cash into someone else's account. I get upset when that happens. Sorry Tina!

Been in here to get change a couple of times. The tellers are always friendly. The ATM sucks, seems to always be down when I need to use it.
