Maumelle’s Walgreens Pharmacy is a self-help. You’ll need to answer your own questions, do your own research and chased down your own answers. After two disastrous encounters where staff were either rude or no help or both, I attempted to seek answers from Walgreens help-line. Both questions sent by e-mail returned with same generic answer to ask the same pharmacy that was useless in helping in the first place.I see they have current Google rating of 2.4.I’m impressed they managed that.

If I could give them a big fat 0 I would!!!! They wrote me up for having COVID. Who ever heard of such a thing. But were on it!!!!IT WAS NOT THE PHARMACY THAT I WORKED IT WAS THE STORE LET ME BE CLEAR!!!!

The store and store employees are great. The pharmacy is another story. Today I had a tech talk over me, cut me off, get hostile with me and tell me I should take my business elsewhere. I was calm and seeking answers about a prescription that I have been trying to pick up there. She would not even let me speak or ask questions. She finally cut me off and put me on hold. After several minutes a different employee came on and easily answered my questions and explained why my prescription was delayed. There was no reason for the unkindness and hostility of the other employee. I typically use a small, privately owned pharmacy because of this exact type of experience (which I have had before at this very location). My regular pharmacy could not fill this particular prescription. Looks like things have not changed with their service at this location.

I've used this location for a few years now. In the past year or two customer service has really gotten bad. I've been treated pretty rudely by their techs in the past. Don't try to come in close to closing time, you'll get treated pretty badly. They've completely dropped the ball or refills several times. They're slow with paperwork, alway blaming delays on my Dr's office. It's a convenient location, so I hate to go elsewhere, but it's time to take my business elsewhere

Came in at 8:30 on a Tuesday night and there was 1 person working. Took her 15 minutes to get to the front of the store. Sure it's not her fault but why is there only one person working?
