They are the absolute worst! I’m so sick of them losing my packages and delivering my mail to the wrong mailbox! And then after I filed a claim they called me and admitted they lost it and told me to file a claim and I did and they denied my..twice! Everybody needs to be fired!!!!!!

THEY ARE FREAKING HORRIBLE EVERY CLERK SHOULD BE FIRED AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT TO THEIR HIGHEST Superior ! As a federal employee I will see to it the lack of responsibility is held accountable! How dare this location hold my mail without notice after a move when I walked in there completed a form and still they did not do their simple job! Disgusting

tried asking my delivery woman why i hadn’t gotten any of my mail in weeks, in return she called me a liar and accused me of doing drugs. great customer service!

Have experienced cards received after being opened by post..nothing in envelope. Multiple packages is confusion. One ended up missing...the furniture. Do not trust with some mail. Nice employees but no trust from me

I just moved on this side of town recently and everything has been nice, except for this USPS. BOTH packages that have been delivered by them, to me, has been misplaced. It is really a hassle to get them retrieved or get any help from this USPS. The customer service is nice, but I wouldn’t need it if they’re delivery drivers could count and read, because if they could, we wouldn’t have this problem. It is your job to read and understand how apartment complexes work, how are you messing that up?! EVERY TIME?! Whoever you have hired, clearly you need a new staff that’s dedicated to their jobs and doing it right!!!! Had I seen all the other bad reviews, I would’ve never trusted my packages in your hands.

My package never arrived the first time I called they told me they would call me back between 4-7 days. The second time after the 4-7days they told my to fail a claim. I couldn’t fail a claim because I had over ten items in my package. I tried calling them today and it kept me on the robot. The first worker i talked to wss very nice the second one was rude. I dont kno how to make a claim over the phone they haven’t contacted me and i still have no package overall the experience was bad wouldnt use usps again!!! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?? I spent a little her $250 and stilm have no package

I've had a package stuck in the mail for 2 days because they stuffed it it there. I can't get it out because they are glass bottles and if I force it out they will shatter. Have been calling for assist but they never answer.

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. If you’re thinking of moving to Maumelle or North Little Rock…don’t. I am constantly missing mail, getting other peoples mail, receiving packages days after it says it was delivered, receiving damaged mail, and overall lazy and nonexistent customer service.

This issue is only when I send a letter off and their clerk helped me check out:It’s now been 3 times which I have not had letters arrive to their recipient. The only times they do not receive their mail is when I buy a stamp or have the postage weighed with a clerk. I never have an issue with anything else USPS related (delivery, using their drop-box, etc.) but only when their first point of contact gets a hold of it. This is a failure in their system and it has cost me a lot of money in goods, check cancellations, etc. Not sure how I can trust paying for postage when they are the first point of contact and this is the only time I have an issue. I don’t think I should pay 7-10x the price for tracking when letters I send arrive without a clerk’s intervention all of the other times.I recommend they review the procedure of handling from a clerk position or review the clerk’s actions.
