I have used this bank out of convenience. Although the staff are really nice they are completely unhelpful. I can't decide if this is lack of training work people that just don't want to work.

They were nice. They were grossly understaffed. They charged me SEVEN (7) dollars to cash a check from an account holder because I didn't have an account. Well, now they know why. I will stick with Simmons.
