This is a great daycare, my kids love it here. I never have any problems and they always inform me on anything that needs to be known. They have lots of activities for the kids throughout the year. Definitely recommend!!

We love Little Scholars! My son had to move schools due to a closure earlier this year and they went above and beyond to get him in so I didn’t have to miss any work. He loves his teacher (Ms. Yaya) and has made so many friends! I’m always hearing stories about his teacher and friends and the things they did or learned. We couldn’t be happier with where he’s at and the care he’s receiving!

We have currently been with Little Scholars West Campus for 9 months now, my daughter was 1yr and 7 months when she started. Her transition from home to school went smoothly with the help of administration and staff. Our favorite teacher is Ms. Yaya, our daughter talks about her constantly she has definitely made a great impression on her. So far our daughters social and communication skills have grown tremendously under their care. She is able to recognize colors and some numbers right now. She enjoys circle time, singing, reading and loves her friends. She pretends to be the teacher at home and we can tell what she is seeing and hearing, we appreciate that what we see are positive things. We feel she will be well prepared for preschool when the time comes. Potty training has been we going well also with the help of the staff. We also love the leadership and accountability Mrs Janice holds families and staff to to provide the best and safest care possible to our little princess and other kiddos.

This daycare would be much nicer if they get rid of Ms. Janice my nephew had hand foot an mouth and no call from the daycare or awareness of it Ms Janice acts like she’s this nice person but she’s rude to parents and staff I wouldn’t recommend. Keisha is a great teacher everyone else gets thumbs down

Our daughter started in the nursery at 6 weeks old and Ms. Janice and Ms. Angelica were wonderful, caring, professional and attentive. I felt very comfortable with them and trusted them wholeheartedly with my baby girl. After my daughter was a bit older, she would give huge smiles to both women and hold her arms out to be held. Ms. Janice even referred to herself as Granny to my babe. I absolutely love them. They really worked with my baby on tummy time, then sitting up, and eventually she learned how to hold her bottle. It was fun to have them share my daughter's experiences during the day with me.When my baby was close to 9ish months old and closer to being mobile, they transferred her to the next room. Ms. Sarah also had a good relationship with my baby and gave me good feedback and reports at the end of each day. I enjoyed working with her.We moved to another state recently, so we are no longer enrolled in LSAM. And we weren't in the second room as long as the nursery, so I wasn't quite as comfortable/well acquainted with all of the teachers in the second room. My daughter was in the second room around 2 months.I wasn't particularly looking forward to my daughter transitioning to the second room. On our very first visit to tour the nursery, one of the teachers threw a blanket at a boy who was crying and throwing a fit in one of the baby seats. The blanket hit him on the head. Which, it's a blanket, it's soft, but I would have been upset had it been my baby. I would have expected the teacher to walk a few extra steps to hand it to him. She was working on preparing bottles for other crying/hungry babies and probably just was trying to keep them all happy at the same time. But, it still bothered me.We had one incident where my daughter pulled out some Poly-fil from a bouncy chair she was playing in, put it in her mouth and choked. Fortunately, one of the teachers was quick to clear it out of her throat. Then they threw away the chair. They didn't call me at the time of the incident, they told me at the end of the day when I went to pick her up.The other thing I struggled with in the second room was that my baby would be sent home in dirty outfits when I had several clean outfits in her diaper bag, and messy fingers, food in her hair, and sometimes still had a wet diaper. When I brought up my concern and expectations with Ms. Amanda, the director and owner, she was very respectful and worked with the teachers and followed up with me to make sure that my baby was getting cleaned before being sent home and that I was satisfied. The second room was okay, but it just wasn't as wonderful as the nursery. My last gripe, was that we were never able to get the video stream of the rooms to work. The website was clunky and the video never loaded. So, that was a disappointment.Unrelated to my experience, was one incident in one of the older classrooms, one little girl was left outside on the playground and found by a woman who worked next door. The school fired the teacher and was available to talk to any parents who had (valid) concerns. It was in the news. The girl was fine, and the parents pulled her out of the program. But, I thought I would mention it as it did happen during the year we were enrolled.

My son was originally kept at home and has been now going to little scholars west campus for a year and a half and is excelling. His teacher Arianna is amazing. They’ve led the way in his potty training ?? And are teaching him sight words. I’m able to see him whenever I want with their updated cameras which really puts my heart at ease . Amazing school !!

I walked in to see my baby screaming with no one attempting to comfort her. When I asked about this, the teacher rudely turned to me and stated that my child wasn’t the only baby in the school. This was seconds after I was told that my breastmilk had been mistakenly given to another baby in the class. I was very disappointed that the director refused to show any compassion or take responsibility for the bottle mixup or her rude teacher. My child was pulled that day and never returned.

Since joining Little Scholars Academy5, we’ve seen the much needed improvements in our son’s development. Ms. Janice is an outstanding teacher who pays attention to the kids’ individual needs and sincerely cares for them. She never fails to show us pictures of our baby when we come to pick him up to enable us experience the kind of day he has had. The facility is conducive and that helps the kids to grow and learn in a positive and healthy environment. The playground is great, there are tons of toys and the level of hygiene is as good as it gets. We feel blessed to have found this school, it is everything a working mom could ever want for her baby.

THIS HAPPENED YESTERDAY..REPOST FROM THE AMAZING LADY THAT FOUND THIS LITTLE GIRL. ALSO THIS PLACE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO DHS SEVERAL TIMES... I just want everyone to know that when I was leaving work today, at Nash Law Firm, I found a young girl about the age of 1 1/2 - 2 left unattended outside. The little girl had a FULL diaper hanging from her body, she was sweating so badly, and she also had snot all over her face. When I took her into the daycare, (I think it’s called Little Scholars Academy) on Park Drive and Audubon, no one knew she was missing. They were so busy and worried about their pizza party to notice a student missing. I want all of you parents that send your children there to know what type of daycare you’re paying for! The little girl was wearing a light purple shirt, shorts, pink summer shoes, and dark hair. The police have been contacted and DHS is being contacted also. This isn’t even my child and I am beyond upset. I have a daughter about the same age. This hurts me terribly.

I’ve been working at little scholars for 2 years.I have 4 little girls that attend little scholars. Since my children been attending I can truly say that they have learned and grew here more then any where else. With that being said one of my girls went to Oak Grove and the other went to Little Sholars. The one at little scholars new more then the one at oak Grove. And they where in the same grade. I know the lady’s at little scholars on a personal level and we can’ t fault little scholars as a whole off of one lady’s decisions and actions . The ladies here genuinely care about the well-being of these precious babies you guys leave in our care. But at the end of the day everybody is human and makes mistakes.

AWFUL. They DO NOT support breastfeeding moms/babies. Turnover is ridiculous, my child had a different "teacher" every day. And let's not forget they LEFT A BABY outside, barefoot, in the middle of summer while they were having a pizza party inside and they didn't even know the baby was missing!

I appreciated the teachers that took care of my child in the short time she was there. Her regular teacher was amazing and caring. The directors were very sweet and caring. However, due to the other campus and their horrible employees, I had to take both children out of their care.

This childcare center is the best center I have ever dealt with. The staff are professional as well as personable. I have 3 children and they have all attended Little Scholars. My youngest son has been attending since he was 6 weeks old & he is now 2 yrs old. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. Awesome directors, Awesome staff. 2 thumbs up!!!

My daughter has attended Little Scholars Academy of Maumelle (LSAM) since she was an infant. The director and management team are very organized and hands on. The staff is friendly and quick to answer questions or concerns that may come about. The preschool teachers understand that preschool is a vital time of growth and development and I am proud that the curriculum introduced at LSAM fosters both intellectual and physical growth while creating a learning environment that helps preschoolers to achieve early academic milestones. In addition, the school offers parental resources that give parents access to Internet tools, reading materials, and lesson plans to continue the learning strategies taught in the classroom at home. Overall, the school provides a safe learning environment and curriculum that gives children a strong foundation in a variety of subjects and preparing them for a successful educational journey.

My daughter went here at first I absolutely loved it until I realized that her teacher was over loaded with many infants room. They wouldnt feed my child like they were supposed to. I picked her up she is screaming hungry, my child stayed sick because they wouldn't clean properly. I walked up to the door one day and heard my child screaming when i got the door before i even walked in the building. The staff at this facility is HORRIBLE and are every disrespectful. My child was sick and I remember them saying she wouldn't eat her formula ( But they gave her water instead) so she didn't eat at all. They weren't even supposed to give an infant water so i had my childs doctor write a note saying that an infant shouldn't have water. So the manager being complete a complete smart ass yet idiot (Shemenia is her name) decides to tell me my 4month old child wasnt an infant. They passed around hand mouth foot disease, I seriously believe a ladt staffed there may have abused my child. No proof because the cameras they claim they have DOESNT EVEN WORK.DO NOT take your child here.I switched daycares after a few months my child was at this daycare 2 weeks and gained 7 pounds.Which is how i know they weren't feeding her.Everything that glitters ain't gold
