My overall experience with Kum & Go has always been positive. If there is one thing that Kum & Go does for me, then that one thing would be that it saves me money. It is common for me to stop by a gas station before and sometimes after work to grab some drinks and other items. Kum & Go gives pretty good discounts if you are buying multiple beverages as opposed to many other gas stations/convenience stores, which don't really offer you much of anything for shopping there.

Kum & Go is an 24-hour gas station. During the day, the have a bar like restaurant that you order food from. Kum & Go offers rewards to earn points for discount on food, drink and gas.

I stop by there on Saturday evening 7/18/22 and the gentlemen Tyler was very helpful and curtious, Very Polite, Very good with his customers , need more people like him. GREAT JOB Tyler

This store is completely unprofessional. I just moved here from Texas and anytime myself or my husband goes in to buy cigarettes they look at our IDs like they're fake. I'm sorry but not everyone had a Arkansas ID and if you're a true gas station you should train your people to now how to tell if IDs are fake with any state. We've even been told we're scamming them because they can't tell if our ID is real or fake obviously the managers need to do better training. I ran a gas station and I had to teach all my employees real and fake IDs for all states. And the woman cashier up there is completely rude and disrespectful along with the manager. Kicking my husband out of the store before he even gets to tell what's going on. Well y'all just lost several customers that come in daily and spend a lot of money at your store.

The guy that works the overnight is rude. I wanted coffee and snacks for my kids. It was almost 5am in the morning and he had just started mopping. He got mad that I still wanted coffee....he said something under his breath... Ive been to this Kum and Go several times and I know it wasn't busy all night. I waited at the counter for him to check me out and he went to kitchen....so I waited and finally left the coffee on the counter. Please hire friendly people that provides great customer service.

Stopped to use the bathroom at 1am, and told it was closed….? Come on now. It’s the nicest 24/7 bathroom off the highway. How are you going to be closed…The worker was kind enough to make an accretion for us…Still annoying it’s “closed”

Apparently the guy that works there right now, which it is August the 11th at 11:46 p.m. , doesn't feel like doing his job so you have to do it yourself. So if you want to go up there now and he won't even count the money he just asked you how much is in your hand. Not very good practice plus he was FaceTiming someone while he was at the register with me didn't hear anything that I said and I had to say it three different times. In the mornings and during the day the crew are perfect this guy, this guy does not even notice that you were in the store.

I usually don't write reviews about my gas station/convenience store ⛽? experiences, but lookie lookie ?? I'm doing just that. I pulled into Kum & Go to fill up my truck ?, and after pressing "YES" for receipt, the paper didn't Kum out so I could just Go, but instead of getting upset, stomping my feet, huffing n' puffing, and telling myself life isn't fair the whole walk in from pump 5 to get my receipt, I just enjoyed the sweet stroll through the parking lot, because secretly I had a major sweet tooth craving for CHOCOLAAATE ???. I entered the establishment, and I was greeted by two friendly individuals. I walked in staring directly into what seemed to be the eyes of this glazed coating wrapped Apple Fritter ?? with all this deliciousness staring directly at me as if I were in a Lardi B video. I asked for my gas receipt of $32.32 from pump 5 to save time, perhaps, so I could let my eyes do all the work and support my decision in gettin piggy ? wit it ? through out the imaginary rummage of my mind, as I decided on what I wanted. While roaming through this beautiful store, as if Mr. Clean himself came to visit, I ended up getting 3 Frost flavored Gatorades, because they were 3 for $5.00, a Starbucks ? double shot white chocolate mocha, a gallon of water, and a pleasant surprise that had me dancing for Glory all the way to the register. Y'all had chocolate covered Paydays, which nearly would've made me Tik Tok famous for what would have been an epic breakdown, because you can't get in the way of a chubby guys crave for nuts and chocolatey goodness. Through all of the excitement of grabbing not just one King Sized Chocolate Covered Payday, but two, because no one really carries them, so I had to indulge. I nearly walked out without paying due to all my excitement over candy??. Wanka would've been proud ??. Stephen was a great help, and he even shared with me similar stories that created a fun conversation. Awesome customer service, and you made my night! Visit ohio, especially Cedar Point, and make your way to Orlando and enjoy the working environment of City Walk at Universal Studios and just buy an Annual pass for Disney World for only $55 a month letting the magic live within you rather than die out from exhaustion and pain from your long shifts working at the greatest Kingdom of all time. Trust me, you'll be better for it. All in all, I am leaving Kum & Go satisfied with a great story to share giving y'all 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Thank you, again ?

I stopped an went n to pay for my gas so I went back out to pump an the pump was not turned on so I went back n side asked him to turn pump on he was waiting on a customer said for me to wait til he got done. I told him he should have turned it on when I paid for my gas he was also talking on his personal cell phone during business hours an while waiting on customers
