Staff are friendly, check in was a breeze. Safe neighborhood. Well lit parking lot. There's some hair in the tub. Blankets seemed clean. Parking was good. I'd rank this location on par with most Holiday Inns.

They cleaned our room while we were at breakfast!!!! Thankfully we had put our luggage in the car but we hadn’t checked out yet and we went back up to use the restroom and make sure we got everything and our key wouldn’t work, once we got a new key we realized that they had cleaned it and reset the cards! The breakfast was terrible (I get that it’s free) but everything was burnt and the milk was hot inside the cooler. They are doing construction and worked until 8p.m.And Ashley at the front desk was very rude and acted inconvenienced about everything and she wouldn’t let us pay cash even though the night clerk(super sweet girl) said we could. Ashley’s response was that if she didn’t say it then she isn’t doing it. I definitely wouldn’t stay here!P.s. the shower also wouldn’t get above lukewarm.

We had an awful experience here. The location was not very great, possibly a little unsafe. The hotel is older and needs updated. They were in the process of remodeling flooring in the lobby, hopefully more in store. The WORST part was the hotel manager calling me at 11:30pm and waking me up because they forgot to charge my card for one of the two rooms we reserved. Even worse after I told her I would prefer to settle this in the morning I didn’t feel comfortable coming to the lobby that late in my pajamas and didn’t exactly want to get up and dressed in the middle of the night she at first said this was ok but shortly after I fell back asleep she called again and said they would need my card after all before their audit at midnight. I was enraged, we had only stopped so we could sleep along our 13 hour drive and now our sleep had been interrupted. I couldn’t believe she was making me get up in the middle of the night to fix a mistake they made!

Been traveling across country. Reviews are a big impact on our hotel choices.Carpet was stained, dirty and worn badly.Furniture was broke, torn, and/ or dirty.Bathroom door was so out of square, u couldn't use it.Thermostat and bathroom fan didn't workNot a hotel I'll ever recommend.

We stayed here in November 2023, the staff was nice. But when we got to our room we couldTell It was not clean, the bathroom had grime in the door and around the shower. The sitting chair had a stain of some sort on the arm. The sheets had a rip in it it. The tv has marks on it. The wall paper was peeling. I’ve never written a review before but for the cost this hotel was not up to par. I am an IHG member and IHG guarantees cleanliness. This was not clean.

this night was very noisy. The toilet tries to flush the toilet every time. when we arrived in the room, there was water in the jacuzzi, so the room was very humid and the air was very stuffy. There were no garbage bags in the room, this is not important, but so is the service. the payment for the room was $159, this is not the cheapest hotel, this price is not low. why such a service? I hope the manager will do everything to make the room better.

We stayed at this location during a cross-country road trip. Ashley was a great help during our late night check in and provided excellent customer service for me and family. The room and bathroom were clean. And there is a cool fish pond at the entrance of the building!

The very friendly and accommodating staff helped make up for the fact that the beds were rock-hard. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep even with the two mattress pads the night clerk provided. We met other guests over breakfast with similar complaints.Recommend trying a different hotel until the beds are replaced.FWIW - shower pressure was great, helped work out the muscle kinks from the bed.

Staff was very friendly and professional and pets are allowed (we traveled with our French Bulldog). Our room was nice, tidy and comfortable.

Hardest bed I ever attempted to sleep on. My whole body aches this AM. It smells awful in the common areas & not clean. I'm itching & have bites from??? No sound proofing,. Just an unpleasant stay from the time we arrived. 4.4 stars? How?
