I held on for an agent today 5-7-22. For 45 minutes the first time. Hung up and called again and held on for 37 minutes. Now I can understand being busy or short staffed but this is rediculas and uncalled for.

Wi-Fi is down more than it’s not. I pay for next to the best that they have and still get horrible service from them.

Horrible service. This is the worst service I have ever had. Even worst than Comcast which is almost impossible.
