This shop really helped us out in a big way. Car broke down late on a Thursday talked with them early Friday that we were just passing through after waiting for a tow to the shop they brought it in and got it looked at fast and kept us posted of any changes to the original quote. They fixed the car up right at closing time and saw us in our way. Friendly people who care about quality and customer service

Way too expensive! $200 just for them to tell me what was wrong with my truck and another $300 for a battery. Should be illegal to take advantage of folks like that. So 550+ after tax just to replace a battery. Oh, and before agreeing to replace the battery, they told me $1,500+ for battery and new positive and negative cables. After questioning and calling another shop they agreed the truck would run again with just a simple battery swap. I will never go here again and do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Made an appointment online on Sunday for Wednesday for an alignment. I entered the make, model, and year of my car and made the appointment without issue. 3 days later, hours before I was supposed to get the alignment done, Christian Auto Bros calls me and tells me they dont do alignment on cars over 25 years old. Why was I even able to make an appointment after entering the year of the car? Why wait three days and only hours before to tell me you couldnt do the alignment?

My AC stopped working and they were able to fit me in same day and fix it within a couple of hours. All staff members were kind and helpful and did a great job explaining what was wrong and answering any questions I had! They were able to give me a quote upfront for diagnostics and then called me with an estimate for repair costs before proceeding, so there were no suprises with the bill when I came to pick up. I’m very happy with the service I received and will be returning in the future!

I stopped in at 5:58pm this evening with a nail in my tire. After a 98° day here in Arkansas there was one tech left in the shop taking care of end of closing duties. They stayed after to get me back on the road. 10/10 service. They earned a lifetime recommendation from me tonight.

Christian Brothers has been our family "Go To" automotive shop for at least 11 years. This past week we had a car in for a bike rack hitch installed, another for an oil change and check up. It doesn't matter what we have done, we always are thankful and very happy. Great people to work with. They listen and we know things will be right.

Christian Brothers is incredible! They were highly recommended on Nextdoor. Kimmy is just the sweetest and kept me updated on the progress of the work on my car. The price was affordable and now I feel like I’m driving a new car! I feel like I have FINALLY found a place to take my car when it has issues.

I am no my very happy with my visit to CBA. I had to make an appointment three days in advance, which is understandable. However, what is not understandable is how I dropped my car off @10am and had heard nothing from the shop so I called them around @4:15pm and they informed me that ‘our technicians are just now taking a look at it so I will call you back in 15 minutes’. So, I await and hear nothing. I should mention when I dropped it off I informed them that I believed the problem with my car had something to do with the tires/ alignment. I call back around @5:30pm to check the status of my car and they informed me they would not be able to figure out what was wrong with my car unless ‘they had more time’. ‘The problem is not with your tires, even though you could use some new ones…’ the man said to me; he also believed it may be the transmission. I tried to be respectful and understanding but ultimately I took my car back home because they had made absolutely no progress on the car. Despite it being there ALL day. I took my car to the local Exxon car shop in maumelle and they informed me the problem was in fact my tires and they fixed it for me the same day. It was a cheap fix, which makes me believe CBA was trying to have me fix something fairly expensive that wasn’t necessary yet. I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop to anyone.

These folks are extremely professional. And they were quick.
They texted me through the entire process and provided nice clear pictures of all their findings. Every time I called they answered all my questions.
I dropped my car off after hours and I had it back in about 2 days. They were fair and I got honest vibes from them.
I felt like their inspection was good. Of coarse they recommend stuff like cabin filters etc. But it was all to manufacture guidelines. And they weren't pushy about trying to get all these add-ons and extras. It really seemed like they would make legit observations and show pictures to back it up. But they respected what work I was ok with and what I wasn't. But if felt genuine whenever a recommendation was made and with all the pictures it would make me more inclined to agree with some of em (not all).
And this is one of the cleanest shops I've ever been to. The outside was clean, and the buisness is obviously well maintained and cared for.
I would recommend these guys to anyone that wants good work.
