EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Me and my daughter were having problem with our car, luckily we saw an Auto Zone to get our car looked at because engine light was on. The store manager, CHRIS went above and beyond to help us. I thought that I would have to call a tow truck but thanks to Chris, he got our car started and we drove back home to Conway, AR. I called Auto Zone and spoke to Chris just to let him know that we made it home safe and just to thank him again for all his help. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Charles helped my little sister count out all the change to buy her candy. He was so patient with her. He changed out our battery in no time! Huge thank you to charles!!!!!

I stopped in today due to having a headlight out. Chris W. was so friendly and patient as he replaced my (very tricky) headlight. The place that replaced might other one had issues as well but he never once made it seems as though I was a burden. I appreciate your help, Chris!

Great customer service. I went in with battery issues and Dee assisted me with patience and knowledge. I was in and out within 20 mins with a new battery installed. They ALL were professional and Kind. Will be back if I ever need a new part...Thank you guys!

I am an autistic female. I walked up to Daniel who was unpleasant. I showed him my rear-view mirror. I asked him if he could put it back on for me, to which he quickly responded with no and told me it is store policy that they cannot repair anything on a vehicle. I responded with, “you all have helped me before.” On top of that, he sold me adhesive that I did not need. After I checked out, I approached Ramero who helped me put my mirror back up and returned my money to me. I have always gone to this particular store because someone has always helped me. Daniel gives that store a bad name.
