I keep having to call just to get my thyroid medication refilled. It's getting to the point the pharmacy I go to is even getting frustrated with them. They had to give me loaners last time and again today I'm in the same situation. It's ridiculous.

Dr. Jackson is the best doctor I’ve found. I seen him at Russellville and followed him to Marshal. He is good a listening and actually cares. Most doctors you feel as though they are going through the motions to get you in and out. He is always very personable and willing to listen. Best doctor hands down. The office people are always willing to help with anything when you call as well. I can’t leave those ladies out. Amazing clinic.

Nurse practitioner is very good, condition of the building excellent. Very clean. From receptionist to the billing department —all are compassionate, helpful and dedicated to helping patients get well. Try Dr. Blair. He is the first of many doctors to care enough to find the cause of the ‘burning mouth syndrome’ that had bothered me for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Blair researched possible causes and came back with a plan that is working. After several months of treatment the burning sensation has lessened and I can once again taste the flavors of food. He is favorable to make necessary referrals to specialists as well. His nurses are awesome.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are AMAZING.. They are so caring and compassionate.. I followed Dr Jackson from Russellville.. Best of the best.. I'd give 10 stars if allowed

You would think that going in to get a medical procedure done that they would tell you up front the price. But instead Boston mountain is more worried about stealing money from people like my mother who should have gotten her knee injection, but instead of giving her the procedure that she paid for they charged her a ridiculous amount and lied about it being done by a professional to justify their theft even though a nurse practitioner did it. Good job making low income families suffer for a buck Boston mountain.

If I could give no stars I would this office is awful. I have had to contact the office 3 times to get a medication refilled. This is even after the provider called me after my first contact. The provider I saw was supposed to put in a request for me to have a mammogram and she didn't bother. My husband has also had multiple issues with this office. We are currently working on finding a new provider.

I had an amazing experience with them. Heather at the front desk at the yellville location was so nice and very helpful and she had very uplifting spirits. My nurse practitioner Tiffany did everything I needed her to in my appointment and listened to my needs and was very helpful. This place is a great place if you need medical or dental attention and can’t afford it. They have the low income program and that helped me so much considering I don’t have health insurance.

BMRHC has a terrible phone system that guarantees you will be on hold forever, and IF you are lucky enough to get a receptionist she/he will likely have NO idea what to do to answer a simple question.
