I told mechanic to replace air hose from air compressor to air dryer on my cascadia. He said hose is good without checking and replaced air compressor and problem was not fixed then he has to change hose because it was blocked. Oil was leaking from air compressor and I showed mechanic on the spot and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. I have to drive 75 miles to other shop, when they took off compressor to find the cause of leakage, they found only 3 out of 4 mount bolts of air compressor were put and rag was squeezed inside 4th hole causing leak. I had to pay labor of 14 hours again just because of 1 missing bolt. Very dreadful and lousy job.

Gary from RRT&T is the best! He got us (with four dogs and a newborn baby) back on the road the very next day after our camper snapped a leaf spring and then blew two tires as a result. Had to have camper towed to his shop in the middle of the night. Gary and his team started on our camper as soon as they got in in the morning and had it done in just a few hours. Can’t thank him and his crew enough for answering late at night and being so willing to fix it!Services: Tires

Avoid this shop at all costs. THEY HAVE AN"F" WITH THE BBB FOR A REASON. THEY CHANGED THEIR PREVIOUS COMPANY ADDRESS AND "PERMENENTLY CLOSED IT" TO TRY AND DECEIVE YOU INTO THINKING THEY ARE A DIFFERENT ENTITY. It ischeaper to tow your truck and have it repairedANYWHERE ELSE except HERE. Poorcommunication between the shop and thecustomer results in an extremely large repairbill for work that can be done in half the priceand time. I spent 5 days here and did notmeet 1 happy customer. The mechanics willdeceive you with kindness and then give you arepair bill that is 2-3x the cost of what itshould be. When asked for an explanationthey will lie to your face about how theyreceive their invoice for parts. Avoid, avoid,avoid this shop at all costs. You will regret it ifyou disregard this review. $7,000 gets you aninvoice that looks like this. Anyoneexperienced with parts and service knowsthat these prices are vastly inflated

I cant express how much I appreciate these guys, super friendly and honest, saved me more than half of what I would have paid. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I have a load at 9:30pm and got stuck at 2:00pm by 3:45 I was on my way. Highly recommend, as a OTR truck driver, these guys saved my day
