Ms. Rita has made every effort to make sure that my daughter and her roommate are taken care of in their new apartment environment. She has explained all that is needed per month and will make herself available to ensure that if there is anything needed, she can get it done. I appreciated her openness and willingness to be there for my daughter and her roommate. The apartment was clean. There were some small needed repairs and she made sure to document and promised to get it worked on timely. I was able to call for Maintenance. Jeremy Sims responded and came within a couple of hours after he had completed his last call. He looked over everything and ensured that he would return and also have someone else in Maintenance to work on certain repairs. Someone from Maintenance came and worked on the apartment. So far we are pleased with the apartment and looking forward to a continued clean and safe environment for our daughter and her roommate while they are attending school. Just a concern that the gates need to be continuously closed and secured at all times to maintain the safety of the building and tenants.

I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you have no other option. This was my first apartment coming out of COVID 2020 and I was very excited initially. I was on the waiting list for 6 months but I thought it was worth it. Upon viewing the unit before move in, I could tell the apartment hadn't been throughly cleaned, but it was disgustingly dirty. And again, i been on the waiting list for 6 months so there was no turning back now.Initial Move in inpression: Every outlet in my apartment was loose. There were missing floor tiles in the bathroom and tiles that slid around if you move them hard enough. Not enough storage space.i gave a 2 bed room and it is very small.Maintenance requests: in the beginning I was unable to make Maintenance requests at all online. it would not work for me for some reason. When I would call the office, they would swiftly tell me just do it online and rush me off the phone. It got to the point where i had to introudce myself and saying am also unable to make Maintenance request online," before telling them the problem. and thenlisten would listen. In the beginning, my request still wouldn't get answered. So my outlets stayed loose and Many other problems for months. It was when my light bulbs when out when I needed someone to do something right away, or I would be coming at home to darkness everyday. At this point I've lived here a year. Greenways switched management multiple times, at least 3 before i stopped counting in the past 2 years. And when requests are made, sometimes you don't know if they are complete or not. My most request was for my sink, black stuff was forming ubderneath and water was leaking into my bathroom. Maintaince came but normally they leave the request form. this time he did not and i still don't know if the problem is fixed other than the leaking stopped. Black stuff still there.sometimes you don't know if maintaince has been in your apartment or not and its a very uneasy feeling.Lastly its very trashy. i live on the backside and the maintaince team does not pick up trash around the back, only the front. for 2 weeks a used c0ndom was next to my house where kids walk and play. I Kicked it under the bush so at least the kids won't see.For 865mo, this apartment is not worth all of these troubles. And when i first moved in my rent was 702.

Management is bad, no communication whatsoever. This place will keep your application fee and not even run your application.

Christina's reputation preceded her, and she exceeded all my expectations. She did everything in her power to get me into an apartment, and was able to get me in over a week sooner than I was initially told. The world needs more of her.
