The lady here greeted me upon arriving on 5/17/24 & asked how may she help me. I am thankful that she offered & assisted me with changing my wiper blades on my Rogue. The customer service here is excellent & better than the "Other."

I've been to the store three times in the last week. Twice, customers have walked in off of the street after pulling up in the parking lot, and went straight to the front of the line and got helped. This happening while other people are standing in line and the staff Does nothing about it. It happened today and I told the customer that I was next in line. He ignored me and the staff proceeded to wait on them, and even eyeball me like I was being a problem. How stupid. Only after I set my products on the floor and started to walk out. did they call somebody from the back to come up and check me out.

They asked funny questions, like where I was from because I do not speak with the regional dialect. Curiosity is a wonderful trait in humans.

Won't ever go back they give me the wrong part Everytime. Went and ordered a part yesterday at 12:30 and was told it was supposed to be there by 5:30 well the next day and it's still not there

I'm very happy today. The Doc helped me in 9°F weather and we put my battery in. Those great store managers are still around.

My phone died and wouldn't charge in my car. I pulled into auto zone and asked if I could charge my phone. They were so friendly and had no problem helping me. I saw people being helped and they were very good at what they did.
