I brought two foot long bars with most veggies and this has to be the smallest sandwich I ever received if it wasn't already prepaid for I would of never accepted it, I up charged on double the meat for both, I paid an awful lot for flavored bread, decide to give them another shot seeing how it's the closest to my house, that being said I will never be back or recommend them, if you want frest ingredients the best bread your better off going to paragould you will not be disappointed

Out of bread, mixed up order. This store does not take coupons or promotional codes, even online ... but they will hit you up for a tip! The audacity.

Food was great,but it was too long of a wait getting the sandwiches. Not the girls fault they were working as hard and fast as they could,but they were very stressed. There were only two working. They had people inside, online orders, people calling in orders and people at the window screaming. I felt so bad for them. You really need more than two people working each shift. Personally if I had been either one of those girls trying their best apologizing to everyone. I'd have to just quit. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to put up with all the hassle.

We come to this subway at least once a week and haven’t had a good experience yet. (Only reason we come back is because of the lack of food options in Manila)We try to call to place the order ahead EVERY TIME. Not one time have they answered the phone. So the last 2 times we ordered we have called from the parking lot and called while in the store to see what happens. One time they just took the phone off the hook. The second time we watched the young man roll his eyes and say “that phone is so annoying” and not answer.Today was a wild experience, though. We came in 30-45 minutes before closing after a softball game. The guy was very upset because he had already put the money up for the night. He then called the girl from the back to help. She came in and put her gloves on and then her airpod headphone fell OUT OF HER EAR AND INTO THE TERIYAKI CHICKEN!!!! She just picked it up and acted like nothing happened. Didn’t throw out the chicken or anything.Then, our total was $19.04, we handed him a $20 bill. He argues that he can’t accept $100 bills…I got home, opened my sandwich, and they didn’t even cut my foot long in half.Not to mention this is only one encounter of the many I’ve had since I moved here over a year ago….I love subway, have for years but I’m done after this experience.

After paying 45 dollars for three sandwiches, because this subway in particular doesn’t take coupons, got to the store to pick them up and was told “I just got to work, so I’m not working that fast” by the teenager working when we had to wait for them to finish the order. On top of that, we paid for extra meat on all the sandwiches and all of them were normal portions. Definitely not worth the money and not worth dealing with staff that doesn’t care about doing what the customer asked.

We got dinner for the family from here, and called ahead since it was a large order so they wouldn't feel rushed in making everything. Out of over 14 items, none were correct and they left out some of it as well. When I called to complain, one of the people who worked on it (I could hear her in the background) kept saying no,no, uh uh, when I was telling the guy what was wrong. They offered to replace two items, one of which they never gave us and one they didn't make correctly at all.

Staff was polite but sandwiches were very poorly made. The new thin cut meat was piled on by hand fulls instead of neatly laid out. Lettuce was put on decent but olives and jalapeños were piled up in the middle. Mayo was then put on top edge so when folded the mayo ended up on the outside edge with inside. I like subway but this location disappoints regularly
