Very sad to say but Palace drug has been very disappointing. On 12/2/22 we went to get our meds we pulled up at the drive thru and waited 20 min finally after making it to the window the black haired young girl told us to pull to the side and she would bring it out. the line was full of cars after about 15 mins she came out with one prescription. we told her we should have 2 she informed us that the one she gave us was not full we would have to come back next week to get the rest and she didn't know why. she then said I'll go check on the inhalerthat we was supposed to get. about another 20 min went by and she walks out of the side door with keys in her hand walks around the back and leaves. we sit there another 10 min and pull back to the window and told them we was short one prescription after another 10 mins they handed it to us. almost a hour waiting with 2 kids in that back seat that was sick with RSV. we will not go back this is not the first time we've waited a long time for meds 45 mins or more. Then have to drive back 17 miles to get the rest. very sorry to say this but Walmart pharmacy here we come. The time was around 3:00pm.

Went here for my C19 vaccine and the folks here were wonderful. They know their customers names, service was quick, and the vaccine administer was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Great small town pharmacy. ?

I do recommend Palace Drug. But I am concerned about the pad they hand out the drive thru. I asked, they do not sanitize it between customers. So if the person in front of me is sick with the flu or COVID, coughs on the pad and three minutes later they hand the pad to me. Sounds like a good way to pass germs around.

A BIG shoutout to Angela at Palace Drug and especially Pharm D Lis Matthews for going above and beyond for me tonight. I was in a car wreck in Memphis and by the time I got home every pharmacy in the surrounding area was closed. Dr. Lis gave up precious family time to come in after hours to fill my script so I don't have to sleep in too much pain tonight. Thanks again for the superior customer service.

Fast friendly service when dropping off or picking up prescriptions. They even have a drive through which makes it easier for disabled customers to drop off or pick up their own medicine.
