I needed service work done to my Bronco so I went to Riser ford in Hot Springs and that was a horrible mistake. So I drove to Smart ford and they were very polite and welcoming. I will continue to take my car there.

I always get great service when my car needs maintenance and repairs. When it was time to upgrade, the sales team had everything ready for me when I showed up so the process wa super quick compared to other experiences.

I had great communication with David. He is honest and trustworthy. I was screwed around by two dealers in Houston on the same vehicle, Autonation Ford & Big Star Ford. (Avoid these people at all costs). David the General Manager of Smart Ford went way out of his way to help me purchase at a good price and deliver this vehicle. They delivered the vehicle to me at my work in Houston about 450 miles from their dealership in Arkansas, the next business day. I have already referred him to several people. This is a dealership with good old honest values. My purchase was a New 2024 Ranger Raptor!

When I purchased this vehicle, I didn't notice the check engine light was illuminated. I checked the Carfax and it looked like no oil change was completed for over 40,000 miles. I assumed this would have been caught before listing it for sale, especially if a service bay is located on site. Anything escalated may force me to bring it back to the dealership contesting a lemon sale. Will update with results.

Smart Ford in Malvern, Arkansas sold me a 2024, chev Camaro June 2013. And its February 2024, I have had to have it in the shop 3 times- 1st it was a coil, 2nd was had to have a new transmission that took 1 1/2 months to get car back, the had to put it back in shop for a peice that went on transmission, now I get back in my car this morning and started to work and the engine light came on and tools show up on the dash, I can’t afford to keep paying out for the co-pays. And no telling how long it will take or cost for car to get fixed this time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM MALVERN SMART FORD

The service department was nothing but horrible. I took my sons new Bronco their three times for warranty work first time I was told nothing was wrong took to an independent found the problem took back to smart told them what was wrong only for them to say oh yea we will fix it. Dealership had car for over three weeks still not fixed. I called service department only to get put off and lied to. The dismissive attitude of this place is terrible. I will not elect to spend money or do business there again We will being taking car to Riser in Hot Springs.
