Red River is aight! More specifically, they're all right all right . . . awwwight! To put all that in English, I bought my 2016 Jeep Compass used from Red River — hereafter, 'RR' — in 2021. Kaitlin M. presided over the sale. I recall she made little effort to sell the car; we effectively had to do the majority of the salesmanship for the dealership; in other words, we had already made our minds up after we tossed out the overpriced Teeter and the lazy, disinterested Ford dealership in town.
Change gears to service. The manager, Nick, is communicative and on top of things. In fact, everyone there is friendly and personable. I've learned the hard way not to leave my vehicle running, alone with a technician, while I have an interlock installed. Violations come quickly. Otherwise, they know what they're doing, but I would suggest going elsewhere for tire work, e.g., K & A here in town. I do like the place — in the service lounge, the coffee is fresh, the waters are cold and the bathrooms are clean.
