I love the doctor I've been seeing recently, but the front desk lady is miserable to deal with. I dread going to the vet because I know I'll have to deal with her. When my dog passed a few weeks ago she was so rude to me that a person (whom I'd never met before) approached me to apologize for how the front desk lady had treated me, and said not to take it too personally because she (the front desk lady) is like that that often. If it wasn't for her I would give this vet 5 stars

My daughter found two dogs running into interstate traffic around Social Hill. She brought them to the Arkadelphia clinic to be scanned. Andrew was extremely helpful, even using part of his lunch time to help. Pups are safely home. I would highly recommend the Arkadelphia clinic ( and Andrew) to anyone who has a fur baby in need. Dr. Rucker and Dr. Allen are very knowledgeable and compassionate

I took my puppy here this morning. The older receptionist was not very caring at all. The vet told me my puppy had parvo it would run about $150 plus a day for 3 to 5 days at least. I took him for a second opinion 2 test were ran for parbo both negative. Come to find out he’s had blockage in his intestine. Will never darken this door again.

I can not thank Dr. Nelson, Westley, Ms. Stephanie and staff enough! My mini Australian Shepherd came in needing surgery on her broken back right femur, she was hit by a car, and they took excellent care of her. They let me cry with them, like ugly cry. They let me call and check in on her whenever I wanted. Sweet Ms. Stephanie even painted a picture of Sadie! Yall have gone above and beyond for me and Sadie, and I can’t thank you all enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

We have visited PVC twice now since they opened in our neighborhood! Dr. Nelson and staff took excellent care of our dog Ashley and Dr. Riecker and staff took the same wonderful care of our senior cat Charlie. The Drs and staff have been extremely kind, helpful and educational about the individual issues that have arisen with each of our animals. We are so thankful to have PVC for our veterinarian care!

Quick response after hours for our geriatric Jack Russell, Dash. He had a tussle with a bigger dog and had several puncture wounds and a big area of flesh pealed open. Met Dr. Self along with his wife and assistant. They immediately accessed the situation and gave Dash a shot to be comfortable. Once we left they took care of the area’s in need. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A few hours later Dr Self contacted us with a complete detail of Dash’s injuries. I highly recommend this clinic.

I called to ask if they saw large animals at this location. I was told yes. When I arrived I was asked to follow the vet and a tech about 12 miles down the road to a farm and they were going to do the work there. I was then charged a “farm call” What would have cost me approximately $200 at a real large vet cost $423.15. And their was the discounted rates! She said they normally charge $80 per head for castrations. Moral of the story. Do a site visit first and ask for a billing sheet.

switch to Providence Vet Care in Caddo Valley last month and they are amazing Dr.. Rucker and the staff there are great and would recommend anybody to this Veterinary Clinic
