Showed up for my scheduled appointment. Mechanic said he was 30 minutes away. Called back 1 hour later and mechanic said he was 15 minutes away. It has now been 2.5 hours and about 9 phone calls. Mechanic still says he is 15 minutes away. I am leaving with no repairs and time wasted.
