I would have have these people over 5 stars all day long about 2 years ago. Since then, I wouldn’t trust these people to install a tire. Every tire I’ve gotten balanced from these people, I have slung the weights off due to improper installation of tire weights. The alignments they do suck, vehicles still don’t drive straight. Technicians that work here ether just don’t care, or they just don’t know. Quality of tires are not good, they do not last. I hope this business gets back on track. Because a small town like malvern don’t have much auto repair shops.

Never had any issues with the business or the people. I would feel comfortable sending my family there to get their vehicle worked on. Great place.

They have gotten the wrong part in 3 different times, after rescheduling twice in the beginning for not having the part. I also noticed them reschedule several other people for this same reason. 0/10 Would not recommend.

So, I've been waiting for a long while at this shop with a couple people in front of me. A girl came in much later than I did and she just paid and left for the same service I need. A tire replacement. I'm sticking around a minute more bc I really don't want to start my wait over someplace else but I promise I won't be back.

Very helpful people , we realised there was a Crack in my rim and being a little town there are not more then couple options available but Savanah helped with a local person who does this job and set it up , very kind of the owner and the staff . Definitely recommend.

K & A is one of the better shops in town. Not perfect but good most of the time. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for other shops in Malvern. K & A has been able to handle most of the jobs I've thrown at them and will do difficult jobs that other shops in town refuse to do. Their prices aren't too high either. One thing they could improve on is communication with the customer after dropping off the vehicle. Sometimes they get busy and forget about you. Your vehicle could be ready for pickup, and you won't know until you call for an update. Bonus: they do wheel alignment for a good price.

I had a very nice interaction with K & A. My visit was quick, 2 tires mounted and balanced, roughly 20 minutes but in that time I had pleasent interaction with other customers, the young lady handling the customers that come in, very pleasant and professional, friendly atmosphere. My visit was fast and easy and left me with a half hour extra time from what I allotted for it to take. Thanks K&A. We'll see each other again. ?

I got new tires to put on my car. After I took my vehicle to K&A tires, I was missing a lug nut, My vehicle shakes if I am going fast, and the tire pressure light in my car won't turn off. I called and told them my situation, and they are going to charge me over 100$ to fix everything. A while ago, when I took another vehicle up there, the manager was very rude to myself and the lady at the desk who works there. I pleed with you, do not give them your business. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with.
