They have had my husbands truck for 8 months since the first hail storm. They called us the first time to tell us it is ready. It certainly my was not! There were clear coat drips everywhere and dents still on the doors and roof. In some places looks like they just sanded down the old paint and didn’t retouch the paint. We had to send his truck back four times as the truck was still not fixed. This morning they said it was ready and its like they didn’t even touch the outside of the truck since the last time we sent it back a month ago. We have given up with them and given them chance after chance but we will not be paying for a truck while it sits in a shop for 8 months.

I had an air leak in the door after a wreck. Austin kept bringing the car back and working until he found and fixed this final problem. Very pleased with my repair!!!

Austin is hands down the best gentleman to handle any auto body work. He has been extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for his customers. He truly cares about his customers and will make sure they are taken care of. He will go extra lengths to make sure that his customer’s expectations are exceeded. We have used Crutchfields for all body work needed on our vehicles for years. Austin is a very smart and educated man who runs his business exceptionally well.
