Stay away. Horrible customer service. Very dishonest people. They have had my car being repaired for over 2 months. They expect their payment on time but do not care that they have you without a car for months.
We have lost thousands of dollars in lost wages and these people won’t even return a phone call. They called after two months to tell me the car was ready. When I went to pick it up, it was in worse shape than when dropped off. It was dropped off with a single check engine light and only one code for cylinder misfiring. They said it needed a motor but after two months and a new motor they return my car with a flat tire and 6 warning lights on.
Still no help. Still no one from corporate will return a call. Customer care says I’ll get a call in 5 days, does he call, no.
Now I’m told today that the car still has a misfire. So I have now paid $1400 for a motor that didn’t even fix the car and the manager can’t be bothered to make a call.
No one in this company cares.
Update: I reached back out to Corporate on Thursday. They finally responded Sunday saying they were escalating and a supervisor would reach out.
It’s after noon on Tuesday and still no call from a supervisor and no car.
This place is a total joke.
Stay far away!!!!
Update 2: Another week has gone by. Still no car. Still no call from corporate or upper management but they texted me when my car payment was two days late.
What a joke. They have now had my car being repaired for over 2 and 1/2 months and have the nerve to text me when my payment is two days late. Latest excuse is when driving from repair shop to lot the check engine light came back on.
They have now taken $1400 for something that didn’t even fix the car, had my car for almost 3 months and no solutions offered.
Horrible company, horrible leadership, horrible corporate. Don’t buy from these people!!!!
Heidi is a liar, Adam is a liar, and corporate folks are liars.
Adding their BBB rating as a warning for others. Stay away!!!!

Best experience at a buy here pay here place now in Malvern Heidi and Jessie and the new lot guy can't remember his name for life of me was all great and handled my purchase awesomely and got my payments reasonable and easy if u need a good used car go see em

My husband and I went to Car-Mart of Malvern and were very impressed with their customer service, promptness, professionalism, friendliness. They made us feel like family right off the bat. We told them the vehicles we were interested in and a little bit about our family and they did everything they could to fit our growing family into a vehicle that would last us for several years. We LOVE our Yukon! Jesse was awesome! We will definitely recommend and definitely be back for another vehicle!

Anthony was a great salesman! He made sure I knew all the bells and whistles about Car-Mart and everything they offer. The mechanic gentlemen was also very honest with me about the specific vehicle I chose. I truly appreciate Car Mart in Malvern for helping me choose a safe and reliable vehicle for my family!

Anthony was a good salesman. He listened to my budget and my needs and was patient and diligent in finding what worked for me. Although there were some unpleasant experiences throughout the process, Anthony remained consistent, personable and dedicated to ensuring I got what I needed.
As far as Car-Mart as a whole, I’m hesitant to provide my 4-star review. I did get a vehicle, however I purchased under conditions that have yet to be fulfilled. In the event that Car-Mart holds true to their commitment to me, my 4-star review will stand. If it takes too long to rectify my issue or if it does not get done as they stated in writing that it would, I will be changing my review.
My experience was unique in that a lot of factors came into play that were uncontrollable. System issues caused me to spend way more time on this car buying experience than necessary and it gave the company an opportunity to stand out in their customer service but that was not the case. Although they couldn’t control the system, there are simple things they could have done to make up for the inconvenience and they didn’t really show much effort in trying to make the experience any better other than admitting it was a bad experience for any customer.
All in all, I went to Car-Mart for a reason. I know their reputation and I know my situation. Had my situation been different, Car-Mart would not be my first choice, but I would buy a car from Anthony at any dealership because he is what stood out in the entire process.

My experience was great. They were very understanding of my income, what I needed, and how much I could pay. They explained everything to me so that I could understanding the situation and so that I could be comfortable with my decision. My family and I left carmart with smiles on our faces. To much money for vehicles that need so much work. My husband’s car we had gotten him would just shut down as you were going down the road. Didn’t matter where they never did fix it. NEVER AGAIN if you’re going to sale cars and trucks at least back what you’re selling. Instead of it being sorry about your bad luck type of thing. People can’t make payments if they can’t get to work. Not a good experience at all

Great business!! I have been trying to find my dream vehicle for some time now. I had been to 4-5 different car lots and got the run around. I walked in same day and walked out same day w the SUV of my dreams. most definitely recommend!!!
