  Staff Is beyond rude lady at front desk can't speak english and is stupid. Got mad cause I had to wake her up when my key doesn't for the 5 time. Get better staff embarrassment. Room is ok some things work.

  The staff at the budget inn in Malvern are the most genuine and nicest people there are. They would do anything for anyone. I highly recommend staying here. It is also walking distance to the Amtrak train station.

  Rooms were unexpectedly nice for the most part. There we only a few negative things I can say about the room itself: bathroom door knob wasnt installed correctly, neither was the shower head, and the bathtub had paint peeling. For the price, then all flaws considered, the price was reasonable. Cleaning lady was super nice... read full comment
